Anyone want Tomas Holy or Kayden Jackson? Both won’t have a chance of playing much this season. Jackson has had a few minutes because of injuries. Both fairly bog standard L1 players.

Tozer to Wrexham all but confirmed for £200k.

For a 31 year old in the last year of his deal, we've basically pulled their pants down. Fair play if they're happy to spend it.

He'll be tough to replace, but he will be replaced.

I was meaning more the throw in than anything else. Last season he got 7 direct assists and 6 additional goal contributions just from the long throw. It’s the best long throw I’ve seen in a long time. 13 direct and indirect assists from a cb is a lot to give up for 200k. They looked half decent without him last night though anyway. If he didn’t have that throw then 200k is good money for a 31 yr old who has a year left
Dont let facts get in the way.......they are happy to let him go.
There perogative

What’s going on with Norwood?

Fuck me you’re boring.

In other news we’ve signed Mattie Pollock from Watford on loan. They signed him from Grimsby in the summer for £250k and put him on a 5 year deal so they obviously see something in him.

Walton & Celina now done deals on season long loans. Two unbelievable signings.

Sam Morsy from Boro is on providing they sign a replacement.

Dobra off to Colchester for the season.

Good for his age but slow. He’s massive which probably slows him down but reads the game alright for a young CB. Obviously a Prem team sees something in him. Will be monitoring his progress with interest.

We’ve just allowed Scott Kashket to leave the club by mutual consent.

If you can keep him fit, he’d be a decent signing for a fair number of L1/L2 sides - not the most robust lad, but a decent finisher.

I would have kept him personally, but I guess he’s just fallen too far down the pecking order for his liking, so fair enough if he wants more first team football.

TWTD reporting Morsy now unlikely considering interest from Preston, Sheffield United & Luton among others.

Just been followed on twitter by Jack Payne which probably means bugger all.

Wouldn't surprise me if Swindon are interested.

£500k for Edun to Blackburn apparently. Not a bad return on a freebie 18 months ago with a year left on his deal.

Means we might be able to fill two or three gaps in the squad.

Will be a big loss, but not bad for 1 1/2 years at the club. This is model we need to work to progress

He’s injured. Think he’s very marmite here. Scored double figures in both seasons feeding off scraps and not being fit. He’s third choice now I’d say. L1 is definitely his level.
Wouldn't be suprised if we were in for kayden Jackson, desperately need a striker or 2
Think we took the option on him so we could get a fee for him but it’s not paid off. Has to play in a front two but we play 4231.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we were in for him. George Lloyd is set to join a league 2 team on loan this week.

Don't know much about him but apparently we're being linked with him quite heavily

Wouldn't mind Jackson at all. Kashket is too similar to Cashman/Odoh/Newby to provide anything different for us.

Would love Morsy, but he ain't going to L2 (to be fair, the other two probably aren't, either...)

Confirmed that Kashket has signed for us now
Should be a good signing for you, like I said I'd have been happy for him to stay but fair enough if he wants more game time.

He can't hold the ball up for shit (no physical presence) but if you can get the ball to his feet, he's got enough pace and trickery to be a decent goal threat.

We have Mandron and Porter both 6ft+ target men who are good at holding the ball up. So I wouldn't expect he will play up top on his own. Can he play wide in a 433?

Wouldn't surprise me if we're going to a new formation with some of these signings. I'm sure things will be clearer once tomorrow's acquisitions are made.

Well Man Utd may have got Cristiano Ronaldo but Fleetwood have gone one better in signing Joe Garner on a 2 yr deal

The guy is younger than CR and is a proven goal scorer, unfortunately I was there a few years a go at Preston, after Fleetwood led 2-0 at HT Garner came on and scored a hat trick -bit more of the same please !

He can do, I wouldn't say that's the best use of him though, at least from what I've seen, I'm not saying he can't do that.

Of course each player will work differently in a new team. But yeah, if you've got target men up front giving him decent service via flick-ons and lay-offs for him to run onto then that should work fine.
