He scored 20+ last season and played in majority of Hull games this season...
He was one of the worst players I’ve ever seen play for us but we were going through a tough time, players weren’t getting paid by Anderson. And sometimes a player just fit ls at a club and kicks on. He certainly didn’t with us

They were the only club in non-league who charged the journos to get in, wasn't uncommon for the local radio people to be refused entry unless they paid and they would kicked out straight after, interviews in the car park after the game more often than not.

They've hardly got any support so have to get the cash from somewhere. :bg:

Sam Baldock signs until the end of the season. Happy with that as it gives us another option. Already a club link with him as he used to watch Oxford as a young 'un and his brother is the Club Doctor.

Lewis Montsma has signed a one year extension until 2024 after doing his ACL and having successful surgery yesterday.

I thought we'd probably give him another year after his injury to be fair.

It’s Sunderland who are destined to stay down here forever
I hope not. Over 34000 tickets sold so far for todays game which is fantastic for the 3rd tier. Hopefully we can get back up the divisions. League one has proved to be a lot tougher than we imagined and this next appointment has to get us over the line this or next season and in my opinion we will.

Ipswich looking strong as do Rotherham. Sunderland will flatter to deceive again
Portsmouth are where we was last June total rebuild needed over the summer and they may struggle initially.
Ditto Wigan
Shef Wed are unfortunatly where we was 2 seasons back and i see them in a relegation fight.
Crewe will impress and play good football may threaten the play offs
Lincoln will not do as well as last season unless they bring quality loans in.
2 of Cambridge,Cheltenham and Morecambe will return back to lge 2 next May
Morecambe almost certain to finish bottom

It may only be June but things are already taking shape

Quote me if you like next May

Top 3
1 Ipswich
2 Rotherham
3 Charlton

Relegated Morecambe, Shef Wed Fleetwood Cambridge/Cheltenham

Is it too early to pull this bookmark out? No, no it isn't :)

See you next season x

First line pretty bob on......Portsmouth rebuilding fine......Wigan and Shef Wed way off the mark
Said Lincoln would struggle not the best predictions but not the worse

Given their recent seasons at League 1 level, even a blind man could see Rotherham would be up there this season
Rotherham 20/1 to win the league before a ball was kicked.....4/1 top 4................remind me how much you had on

I don't bet on League outcomes - in fact I rarely bet at all, aside from 50p here and there on accumulators and the Cheltenham Festival.

Never seen a poor bookie and there's very much a reason for that.

Doesn't mean you're some kind of oracle because you could see what literally anyone who's followed football over the past 5-6 years could also see.

Each to there own.......Also told you we would finish above you as you have not kicked on.....Not Cheltenhams fault you are doing well and batting above your weight. We have underperformed the last 5 years

Could not go a week without betting on the football......Part of the attraction

Looks like Fulham want Dapo in the summer. No way we are keeping him if there’s potentially prem interest (if/when they go up). Hopefully any deal would include Marlon Fossey if it was to happen.

We will likely need a keeper on emergency loan as Griffiths is injured for the remainder of the season , Long is on loan in Ireland and can't be recalled and only have Wright left.

I know he's good but prem standard?
This is his first full season in mens football because of injuries, loans and he went to uni for an engineering degree first (I believe)… he has game intelligence, good technique, is a brilliant passer and his stats for beating a player are amongst the best in the division. He wins so many fouls but unfortunately until Morley came in we were shit at set pieces so haven’t really capitalised on it.

He’s defo not ready for the prem right now but the way he’s improved in the last 12 months it wouldn’t surprise me if he made it there at some point. I think he’s probably ready for a good go at the championship next season. He’s tied down for 2 more years with us and I think the club may have a 1 year option too so he’d command a really good fee especially for league 1 level. I’d be gutted to lose him.

Looking forward to seeing him play next month.
Our season could well be over by then but it could become a huge game if we can win the next few. I still think there is too much for us to do now with most teams in form.

Another one in the media today is Ricardo Santos being linked to Sheff United and Forest. Starting to get a horrible feeling we aren’t going to be able to keep hold of some of these players after all. If the interest is genuine there is no way we keep hold of him or Dapo looking at the level of clubs being linked.

Is that the one that used to play for Peterborough? I remember him being a laughing stock in numerous games against us, must have improved and matured a shitload if he's remotely competent now.

Yeah…he’s our captain now and still only 26. He must have been pretty young when he was playing against you.

He wasn’t great first 2/3 months for us to be honest. Plenty of our fans wrote him off but once he’d settled he improved a hell of a lot and for the last 18 months he’s been unbelievable. He’d be very very difficult for us to replace.
