We're after Luke O'Neill from Burnley
We had him last year and I rated him.

A bit suspect defensively but was quite good going forward, had a top cross on him.

We had him 13/14 on loan but he got injured in the first half of his first game and had to go back. Good to see we're going for someone who did well in L1 last year though

No because that is stupid the only people who suffer is your team. It seems to me that Blackpool fans cannot accept that you overachieved to get into the Premier League in the first place. If anything you should be happy that he guided your club to them good few years playing against the best teams and playing at Wembley. Maybe you should look at the players and the managers you have had instead who went down with a wimper last year. I understand he is the not the most likeable person in the world but at the end of the day if you're just blaming soley 1 person for your demise it's a bit stupid.

Karl Oyston is not comparable to SISU in anyway. SISU are far worse

He didn't get us to the Premier League and then he pocketed all the profits. He built a temporary stand. He hasn't touched the training ground. We've gone from the Premier League to League One without any investment to try and stay in the retrospective leagues. He's sued fans who have only aired their opinion of which everyone would be guilty otherwise.

Either you're a wind up merchant or you are thick as fuck.

He's worse than SISU, by some distance.

I couldn't see my club play at home for a year and a half I think that's worse than not improving the training ground.

Stop begging for sympathy clubs have had it worse and will continue to have it worse.

At least you've seen your team at Wembley and in the premier league recently and it's not like you don't belong here anyway

Miles worse than SISU. By far.

We're signing someone tomorrow morning, who is a full international, but doesn't play for Wales.

That's all we know, aye got a clue. Could be Febian Brandy to Ronaldinho. A name just mentioned was Dean Furman... ??
Jason Demetriou. Wondered where he'd got to.

No, Valeri Belekon bought and invested in the playing squad. Karl Oyston didn't do a thing.

Apologies for my ignorance on the subject, but does no blame sit with Belekon for the current state? So he got you there but seemingly it was just Oyston who got you out.

As an outsider, seems as if you gave it a good crack getting back up after relegation, play off final etc.. but once the parachute payments stopped it was inevitable you would sink back into league one eventually, which to be fair is about your level.

Where have you been?

Read and digest.

Can you back up your last paragraph with some evidence at trying to get back up? Because I see fuck all. You should NOT win the lottery as a football club and be in the state we are.

Eh? Read the feckin article and digest it. It's merely a snippet.

Oh and Paul Ince was VERY VERY lucky to have us where he did. Hence losing a ridiculous amount of games in a row and nearly relegating us.

You asked me to back up my paragraph with some evidence as to how you gave it a good crack at getting back up. My evidence being that you reached the play off final, narrowly missing out. Or do you just choose to ignore that fact?

Ignore what fact!? We didn't have a good go at it at all.

Is 1.2M a good go at getting back up? Baring in mind we had received over 10M in Transfer Fees from the sales of Charlie Adam and DJ Campbell? Oh, not to mention the 50 odd Million we had already received.

Stop talking out of your hoop if you don't know anything about the subject.

I was talking more in terms of on the pitch you gave it a good go. Either way doesn't a spend of 1.2m and a play off final show a good bit of business? Or would you rather have spent 15m and risk still not making it

It may seem remiss of me to want to look at confirmed transfers to league 1 clubs, but it appears I have stumbled across a totally different thread.

This isn't the first thread that is going wildly off topic and its a bit irritating!

Ajay Leitch-Smith is in training with our reserve squad located in Staffordshire.

This is one player I really hope they sign, he's finished.

Should we sign him, we'll make him better than he ever was with you. We always do.

Possibly just training we've got Lee Hughes training too with us to get fit. I'd be mega disappointed with him if we did sign him.

We've signed former Orient right back Jason Demetriou, not sure on the length of the deal (presumably 2 years)..

I'm right in thinking that's a good signing aren't I? Remember him being highly rated in his Orient days and it being a shock when he left for Cyprus.
Good Signing for Walsall and good to see Jason back, not a huge suprise given he worked with Smith and Adam Chambers when he was with us.

With us he mainly played in midfield and on the wings, his crossing and shooting wasn't bad when he was with us.

He did fade in his last season with us, but didn't get on well with Geraint Williams who ended up being sacked. Russell Slade tried to keep him, but he moved to Cyprus so he could get more International caps with their national team as he holds dual nationality. He got around 25 caps and there was a good picture taken with him up against Ronaldo when Cyprus played Portugal.

We're after Luke O'Neill from Burnley
Was ok for us last season overall, but faded drastically towards the end of the season. He conceded 3 penalties last season when playing for us.

I think he had a few family issues.

We're supposedly set to sign Luke Williams from Middlesbrough in the coming days.

He was brilliant for us on loan last season. He was a big part of the reason we started to get very good in November and December. He looked terrible against us though when he played for Coventry and then Peterborough, hopefully if he does sign he can play as well as he did last season.
