Signed anthony scully from Wigan. At good numbers at Lincoln. Very happy with that one

Good signing for L1 level, was a 1 in 3 wide left player for us and I'm guessing if Wigan weren't a circus at the minute he'd have stayed there and they'd have been pleased to have him (although he was injured pretty much all last season I think?). He cuts inside from wide-ish areas so don't expect him to run on the outside of take people on, he's not your typical lower league winger type despite where he plays.

These types of goals always spring to mind when someone mentions Scully (sorry Cambridge fans!). He loves that far post shot.

He’ll dictate the pace of the game and plays these lovely simple but effective passes. He scored a couple of goals too so has that in his locker.

The only thing I would say is he did suffer a couple of muscle injuries which I think is a symptom of the length of time he has out of the game, so he may miss a few games over the season.

Overall though he’ll be a class above in L2 and most of our fans will be sad to seem him go.

Yeah mate, you’ll love him. Maybe a full pre season will see him come back even stronger, but at his age he probably will struggle to play Saturday, Tuesday but he’ll be a very good signing nonetheless.

Stubbs is a class act and I think he was a huge reason why we won promotion. He hadn’t kicked a ball in a year, but slotted in seamlessly and was amazing for us. Many of our fans were gutted he left so I’m not surprised he’s done well for you.

And as for Derek Adams, I bet you can’t wait to smash his team next year! We took great delight in relegating Morecambe on the final day…couldn’t happen to a nicer bloke

Patrick Brough from Barrow has signed a 2 year contract. A very us signing atm, infact so much, he seems very similar to Ryan Haynes. + a very Carlisle accent.

I think he will be a decent signing for you.

Think pompey have done there business early....We have tied Bodvarrson and Sheehan but not as yet brought anybody in from outside.....Derby are re-build again. Barnsley [can they keep there manager?]
Oxford look to have done some decent early Business like Pompey......Wigan and Reading are the first two to come from the basket case that is the Championship......Blackpool will do well so as yet i dont see any front runner

No idea. Every fee involving us seems to be "undisclosed" these days. How much did you sell him to Wigan for?

We are close to announcing five signings, who will be with us prior to the start of pre-season so within the next couple of weeks.

No idea who any of them are, would assume Sonny Bradley is one as that’s a long-standing rumour that’s gone a little quiet. By the way Warne described them, it sounds like they’re all experienced championship players anyway.

He was decent enough for us in L2 but we didnt see him much last season due to injuries, which I guess is the reason we couldnt offer a deal that he wanted

Proper work engine. Can play in a few positions too.

If he was injury free I’d have liked him to stay but we carried far too many of those types of players in recent years

Loved Harry at Lincoln, one of those never give up 100%ers that embody effort and commitment. Was sad to see him leave, depending on injury concerns from last season, not all Lincoln fans would agree but I would have been happy to have him back at SB.

Good player, Harry. A strong, powerful runner, a hard worker and seemed to be good for 5-8 goals here. More of a knock it and run type winger than anything too fancy so they'll be no stepovers or fancy skills.

Going from Joey Barton to Steve Evans...! Location wise probably worked in your favour because his missus is pregnant and they're originally not too far from Stevenage I don't think.

The Marmite Effect, I hope you can stay up in EFL 1 cause second season is the hardest due to second season syndrome we've got bigger worries than an artifical rivalry
