Crama from Brentford B is a bit left field considering Caldwell saying he was our number 1 target this summer. What’s he like Gas fans?

From what I can tell he’s a ball playing CB who would fit our way of playing out. Defence sorted now. Just need a CM and a ‘no10’ and we’re good to go!

We seem to be trying to move George Moncur on, various rumours of the club trying to offload him.

Didn’t go on the pre season trip to Spain and didn’t play last night - Paul Terry afterwards said he was “ill” which was clearly a lie because there is a reason he didn’t go away with the rest of the team.

What do you need to know our defence was shocking last season and he was part of it. Had a few decent games but for the majority of it he looked well dodgy

Totally agree with you. Think he was possibly the worst loan we had last season.

Jordan Rossiter signs. Very happy with that, squad is coming together nicely. Think we could surprise one or two this year!
As already been stated -- If you can keep him fit will be an excellent signing.

Sorry I'll correct that. A bloke from Hull was worse.
You know how it works by now, players that are shit for you are amazing for us. Crama to be our POTY then!!

Looks like Jevani Brown is training with the kids at Rovers. Wonder if we’d consider going back down that road.

Yeah he played in a Rovers XI yesterday with mainly kids. He has been an absolute waste of time and money. If MT can't get a tune out of him maybe his head isn't in it since the court case

There seems to be a lot of players he can't get a tune out of at the moment...

We've signed 19 year old Cameron Bragg on a seasons loan from Southampton. He has just signed a new contract there so he must be highly rated. He says he is a number 6 and likes to play possesion football.

The first time I watched Crawly we had a player named Vic Bragg playing (and dinosaurs roaming the Earth). Still the best penalty taker I've seen. No idea if they're related.

Must admit, when Taylor got the job, I assumed Jevani would flourish but for whatever reason it’s not happened.

I can’t really see a world where we re-sign him, it’d be a risky move. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him end up in Scotland or even go abroad.

Noah Chilvers has left Colchester and signed for Ross County - been told the last two weeks we’ve been trying to offload George Moncur to bring Chilvers in, not to be for us sadly.

Starting to hear about potential outgoings now at blues, reported interest in JJ and Siriki Dembele.

Rotherham won't be taking Kite on the basis that he missed a chance last game.

He was never a number 10 anyway, seems strange to judge him on that basis. And now he's wasted his pre season.

Random one out of nowhere but it seems we’re about to sign Szabolcs Schön, Hungarian international winger/wing back.

Can’t say I know anything about him, other than he played against England a couple of years back.

Any update on Mcatee............I do not get this Schon signing one bit.....Yes he may be too good for league one, but so was Dapo same position

He hasn't entirely wasted his pre-season, he's trained well and taken part in 3 matches.

Unfortunately, it's not been a successful trial for him (or Tobias Liversidge) but he will have been watched by other clubs and will hopefully find a contract somewhere.

Jack Holmes managed to impress enough to get a contract so the other two had their chance and there are places available in the squad, it's just that they didn't quite cut it.
Good luck to both lads in the future.

Our young back up keeper, Ryan Sandford, has done his ACL. We do have a very inexperienced 3rd choice but it seems Crawley are in the market for a keeper to sit on the bench all season.

Nobody will have watched him. Should have let him go when you signed the other chap.

You can't possibly know that, and in any case the "other chap" is a winger.

Nobody tied him up and forced him to stay, I wish him well BTW.

Zak Bradshaw has gone to Tranmere on a season long loan, so that's probably the start of us sending some of the young lads out. He's a LCB/LB so we must be pretty confident that we can rely on Montsma's fitness and perhaps have another defender through the door at some point as well.

Stockport County.
Still some talk that Louie Barry could be heading back here. He was different class for us in the first few months of the season until he got injured and we would all love him back. Massive fanfare around him at our end though, our fans could do with calming down a bit tbh. I'm convinced he'd be an effective player at this level but I think some of our fans would be expecting him to rip it to bits which is unlikely.

One of the most exciting players I've seen in a County shirt. But there's still that question mark over how good he'll be after the long injury spell, and he's not set the world alight in previous loan spells.

Thought he did look sharp in the games he came back in so I still think he'll be still be a player post injury. It's just about how good at this level and beyond.

That's his next step though, League One. I do believe we are the best fit for him at this moment in time. Championship too bigger jump and would risk not starting every week. Same with a high end League One club.

Huddersfield, Blackpool, Wrexham & Stockport also after Bailey Cadamarteri according to a few different journalists.

Can't see him coming here if Huddersfield and Deadpool FC are in for him
