I'm sure I read somewhere it was 150, or 105. Maybe even 510, or 501.

It's in the midst of 2 home games either side so there aren't a lot of excuses for fans not to come to this one. even I'm coming up from London to tick off V. Parade. Any good places for a bhuna before my train home?

Good man!

Sultans Restaurant - is closest to the ground. One of the best in Bradford at the minute. Just recently opened.

219 Manninham Lane, BD8 7HH

If you’re wanting a proper Bradford curry, head over to Leeds Road. Highly recommend Akbar’s - Indian cuisine.

1272-1280 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 8LF

Although, I suspect any curry house in Bradford (even the shitholes) will be better than anything you can get darn South, so honestly, take your pick.

Concur with those recommendations but FYI Sultans has now moved to Keighley Road so about a 10-15 minute walk from VP.

I thought they had two branches. The one on Manningham Lane and the other in BD9?

Aye, likewise when we visit Vale, it’s usually on a Tuesday or we’re just in dire form. This year it was on SKY and a 12pm KO - but we still managed 900.

I thought given your unbeaten run, good win midweek and the fact you’re still chasing the play-offs might’ve meant you’d fetch 1,000+ for a change.

Our fans are extremely fickle mate. Proper does my head in at times. If we'd held on at Rochdale and not thrown away that point at Colchester, and still had the full unbeaten run in tact, we wouldn't be far off a thousand.

Can't wait, personally. I put my name down on the way to Harrogate so I haven't based my attendance on the fact we've had two great wins on the bounce.

One of my favourite away days. Decent ground, decent fans. Just hope we turn up and actually create an atmosphere there for once.

Indeed, being all ticket didn’t help
Every game in this league you need a ticket to pass through the turnstiles. Are you saying the away ticket kiosk at the entrance wasn’t selling tickets.

Tickets went off sale 5pm Monday, and our fanbase is very thick so didn’t realise.

Speaking to a chap before the game in the clubhouse who’d travelled from Kent and didn’t realise it was all ticket, and had to go in the home end

So a revised figure was probably 568 (plus 800 in the home end)

600 sold as of this morning apparently which is better than usual, with POTD and a couple of sales days left probably around 750-800?

Casey devilofajob Any idea why Crawley have only allocated 600 terrace tickets and 200 seating for Saturday's game? Quite a few fans who would have gone haven't been able to get a ticket. I thought your terrace could hold well over a thousand?

Everytime we've heard a certain figure of tickets sold, it's never accurate. Hoping for 7-800 and our fans to actually bother for once. We usually create a great atmosphere in the concourse then are silent as owt during the game.

That is low-key pisspoor, distance and table position considered.

True, but it's not the easiest public transport route from Northampton to/from Stevenage (train via London) and as said before, it was declared all ticket with no pay on the day and ticket sales closed at 1700hrs the day before. Surprised that when we arrived they had a cash/card turnstile and were allowing the few fans without tickets in. No idea what that was all about... :dk:

As a fairly new resident to Northamptonshire I can backup that despite geographically the 2 places being fairly close, public transport between the 2 places is ridiculous. (I know as I went to Stevenage away to watch Swindon last year) The rail routes in this part of the country are absolutely crap. In the end I drove to Stevenage as I couldn't be arsed with the hassle going south into London to go north east again!

Surprised Tranmere didn't sell out Sutton. Good turnout from Walsall considering.

Best away following there per mile, easy.

Deserve to be promoted. Sell out locals home and aways and long distance per mile out perform everyone.

Time we left this tin pot league

Tranmere sold all available tickets.

Whilst the new away seating area has opened, the away terrace is in the process of being replaced with a bigger terrace to match the height of the new seated enclosure. The overspill terrace is currently being replaced as well.

The overspill terrace should be reopened in time for our next home game (April 9th v Leyton Orient) and the main away terrace should be ready before Bradford visit on April 30th.

We announced 348 Rochdale fans today IIRC.
