Decent effort and noise to be fair.

Aye came across a few of them in the Bulls Head before the game. Rowdy bunch so fair play to them going that distance. Shame our home crowd is just so flat, think when we are at home we must have some of the most entitled fans in the lower leagues. Getting massively outsung by a couple hundred away fans is not great given where we are.

I saw one walking up the Hamil and he was on his own singing and clearly absolutely lathered! Brave that one!

Atmosphere was flat i thought in the main but seems to need a sizable away crowd to get going, against Mansfield it was decent but they had bigger numbers.

Yeah there was a time not too long ago he’d have made himself a target doing that at VP. To be honest it’s been rubbish all season save for 5 minutes at the end of the Orient game. Walsall brought probably the biggest and best away crowd this season and it was the same then too.

Poor home but good away attendance.

473 isn’t bad, we’ve had tranmere and port vale away where we took around 900 odd.

We’ve then oldham away saturday then hartlepool away so an expensive month

That would have been Razor. Always rocks up pissed, got kicked out of Gillingham once for headbutting a steward. Granted he was bladdered and probably fell forwards, but yeah. Think he has some learning difficulties, but fair play to him. Gives it his all every game he manages to get himself to, and doesn't stop singing

Great effort from Exeter last night both numbers and noise.
Home numbers and noise/atmosphere very poor considering the importance of the game.

Maybe it didn’t travel well but I barely heard Vale fans against Mansfield, was not our greatest either but performance didn’t help. Not sure it’s helpful having that stand behind the goal open with so few in it, although maybe a Tuesday night had something to do with that.

The Bycars was always the main home end back in the 90's when I first started going and was close to full usually. Unfortunately it's also the stand with probably the worst facilities in the stadium now so people migrated elsewhere. For example because there's no concourse to speak of they can't serve beer as the law says it can't be in view of the pitch. Shame but also it being quite an open stadium people are naturally spread out and the Railway stand particularly is miles from the pitch so the acoustics are not great. In a perfect world would knock half of it down and bring it all in closer to the pitch as well as safe standing behind the goal but can't see it any time soon.

The away end by contrast only needs a couple hundred and you can make a good noise in there as happened last night. Not sure if we'd be allowed to do it due to segregation but maybe we could look at sectioning off that stand so home fans can go in there too or move away fans elsewhere but it's not an easy one to do logistically.

Exactly, Paddock was bouncing against Mansfield at times but that’s fairly large and open. When it’s full or fairly full the noise is superb (think Burton on that magical 2013 night) but that and with the Lorne Street unoccupied down the away end it’s not the best acoustically.

Vale fans have long wanted the away end for the acoustics but think the police rejected the idea as it means away fans going around the walkways to the back of the stadium, maybe when the Lorne Street is open down that half you could put them there but again access is the issue.

Other clubs section off away fans not sure why we can’t have half of it though like Oldham used to.

I've known the Hamil be available to home supporters on a few occasions. One was when we beat Southampton in the cup and we put the away fans up in a section at the top of the Railway Stand though it was kind of caged off as well. Notts County managed to do it as I remember first time I went Meadow Lane away fans were put in the Kop End before they moved them down the side, can't imagine it'd be beyond the wit of someone at the club to do similar. Suppose though the issue would be managing the crowd through to the Synectics carpark afterwards.

Sold 1700 for Walsall on the last day already, haven’t hit general sale yet.

Harrogate (600) sold out, and initial allocation for Rochdale (534) sold, apparently another 600 tickets arriving next week.

Best to sell the now while we still have a chance of the top 7

See my previous post in the topic - the away terrace is in the process of being replaced as is the small uncovered terrace next to scoreboard. The hope is that the uncovered terrace will be ready for the Orient game (the main terrace isn’t due to be ready until the Bradford game at the end of April) - unfortunately I estimate we’ll probably only be able to allocate Orient around 700/750 tickets based on the number Tranmere had and the overspill terrace being ready
Went on sale 24 hours ago and now sold out already.

We’ve not said how many we was allocated, but I bought a terrace one for £20.

Could be a few going in the home end.

Would be expecting northampton to see out our away end a week on saturday. Quite possibly the home ends will sell out also.

It's only up the road!

Sell out those 700 easy.

if it’s not so clever on tuesday we apologise, there’s 900 at tranmere on a friday, 946 at port vale the following tuesday, 473 at rochdale the following tuesday, and 1321 at oldham.

I was gutted about it being rescheduled because Hartlepool is a ground I’ve yet to visit, plus it had the potential for a massive following on a Saturday but I didn’t realise away allocations were only 700. No idea on tickets sold for Tuesday.
