610 Imps at Oldham, sounds like we were poor, even against ten men.
54 estimated Stevenage fans at Swindon
I know they were top but that is impressive from Lincoln, the more this goes on the more staggering it is.
4 or 5 years ago wouldn't of brought 600 to Vale in 2 seasons and on a Saturday too !!
Very good numbers that.
Said it before, most times you get a cup run and the clinger on's disappear after so have to credit their superb marketing to capture and keep them.
214 Cobblers at Newport
Agreed. Bump the price up to full ticket price maybe? That way the people who are miles away and not going anyway can still watch the match and more funds can be shared and those close enough to attend may as well go. Or somehow try and make it so your IP has to be 100+ miles away to watch or something? They need to do something about I follow.

It's certainly useful if there's nothing you can do to get to Tuesday nights - it's been really useful for me. However, despite that I still think it's a dangerous step in the wrong direction for lower league clubs and should be either removed or the charge be full price if you were paying. I'd be more than happy to not watch games on a Tuesday night (been doing ok for 15 odd years so far!) for it to revert back to how it was
1694 Grimsby at Chesterfield.
And it's the away side who pocket 80% of the money (FL 20%), which is daft given it's the home club who miss out on the ticket sales (not in every instance, though, obviously).Agree that is the dilemma- the opportunity to watch a midweek game you cannot attend is great but the slippery slope that sets us all on is very slippery indeed. Lower league clubs have a much greater reliance on match day revenue than PL clubs (some of whom could play to an empty stadium and still make more money than we can imagine).
I thought our players handled a difficult situation well, probably the biggest game in Chesterfield’s history for a non league side getting to play on the same pitch as players from such a well established Football League side like ourselves, these are things they could only usually have dreamt of, and their plucky team of builders bin men and school teachers did themselves proud and they can hold their heads high but alas, we were just too good for them. How was your trip to a non-league ground?
Bury only giving us an allocation of 1,000...?
Likewise Macclesfield 1300 when we took 1800 there 2 years ago.
