Mansfield have been comfortable in the first half, been the better team but only had one good chance that CJ put in to orbit.

Swindon were shite, although the referee definitely wins for worst performance of the evening.

We were also pretty shite but obviously taking in to account the ridiculous red card the second half was okay, could barely tell who had the extra man.

Swindon were terrible though, I thought our finishing this season was poor. Not sure if the fans realise though as they spent the entire game singing about Flitcroft

I have no idea what the Mansfield player was sent off for in the first half, the second yellow seemed very harsh (although I was the opposite side of the ground). The second half was all about Mansfield spoiling the game, it was so niggly and they managed to keep us out - although they didn’t have to do too much as we hardly were banging repeatedly on the draw.

I suspect this fixture will be repeated again next season.

He fouled him but it wasn’t even close to another yellow, the referee was panicking at every decision.

In the second half when Swindon went through but the referee pulled it back for a foul, he put his whistle to his mouth and back down three times before finally deciding.

But yeah Swindon were abysmal, our last two performances have been bang average mind. If we play really well or not the result is still the same.

I said that Newport were still in the game and they started the second half like a train. Scored a good goal but had a dodgy pen given against them, let in a classic centre forwards goal and then met ANG!

They played ok but got well beaten.

That was probably the best we've played over a whole game for a long time.

After his goal today I can't see us keeping ANG after this season. Football is a simple game, control the ball, run with it and smash past the keeper from twenty five yards. He does it well.
