Ex PL ref Pete Walton is summarising on Radio Northampton today, has just been heckling the ref to give us decisions today live on air. If we get a dodgy penno today it’ll be all Walton’s doing

6 changes for us, a starting line-up that smacks of a manager who has given up and wants a ready-made excuse for the big defeat that's about to happen.

Sowumni injured again, it was obvious he'd been brought back too soon. Gabby Rogers gets his first league start, he's very promising but it will be interesting to see a wet behind the ears 18 yo up against the hugely experienced Dean Lewington.

Game felt like a pre-season friendly at times, was very slow until last ten mins. Should've been 2 up before we scored if we hadnt decided to keep passing rather than shoot. Then conceded from a set piece again straight after finally taking the lead. Cant afford another 2nd half slump now.

Sounds like another thriller at Blundell Park.

Yet another sitter missed by Francois Zoko and finally he's subbed off. 0 goals in 23 appearances this season for our main striker.

Did you listen to it? I thought it sounded like an alright match. Battled hard for a point and kept the best attacking side in the division at bay. Ahkeem and Vernam sounded very lively when they came on. Interesting that Dennis didn't get a look in either. I got red crossed to shit on The Fishy for saying I didn't rate him when he signed and I'm sticking to that. Give Rose starts from now until the end of the season for me.

Absolute knobheads cheering when Thomas got taken off too. Probably the same idiots that drove Toto away.

Important goal for us purely from a mental/morale point of view; really needed 3 points rather than 1 though. Always nice to get a late goal but considering how average/poor Stevenage were and the chances we didnt take, it does feel like a great opportunity missed.

The equaliser was definitely made more enjoyable by the fact it was by Danny Whitaker, with Sol having finally realised he might better playing than telling the 4th official our subs.

0-3 was a tad harsh (0-2 no complaints). Best team won and all that but we had some chances to get on the scoresheet.

First goal was one of those that concentration stops, second was a great dribble and shot and the third was terrible. Routine win for a top of the table side against a team struggling.

It's got so I'm having trouble caring. We just ain't very good and it doesn't take a lot to beat us. The only reason I'm not wishing this season is over is because next season will be worse.

Thankfully got a last minute equaliser out of nowhere to cover up our shortcomings today. Should have won against a Stevenage side who were there for the taking, and would have done if it wasn't for some criminal defending. At least we didn't lose - and all our rivals did.

You've the hardest run in, you ain't got away from us other play off sides yet. Not sure what all the confidence is about. We are 1 game away from overtaking you.
Oh bore off, it was clearly said tongue in cheek, but he has a point.

A tough run in can be beneficial, if the games are won - winning 6 pointers is the quickest way to make up ground. We play MK in our run in, and also have a game in hand on them, so being 5 points behind MK means the auto spot is mathematically now ours to lose.

I'm not saying it's going to happen, but it's no longer in the Dons hands.

Hahahahahaha fuck me. It wasn't said tongue in cheek. He's been on repeat for days. Last auto is yours to lose with your run in? Christ almighty do you actually believe that?

Do you have anything else in your life or do you survive purely on a diet of being a c***?
You are though. A few years in recent history that's about it. A tin pot club going back to where you belong. Not sure why the truth upsets you so much? There's a reason why Weston are your main rivals.

I don't understand why he's giving Tranmere so much shit, surely they are going to finish above exter?

Hugely impressive run they are on. When we play them on Easter Monday I'll be happy with a point currently!

Cracking weekend for us, feels like a decent step closer to promotion.

Yeovil have had a good few years in the Football League but they're a good tier five side really. Tiny town with National League level support. Football has a way of teams finding their level again it seems.

Haha! Now I know you're just trolling, did you just pluck Weston out of the air because it's the only other place in Somerset you could think of? Oh mate...

Also you've been in non-league more recently than us, our ground is bigger than yours...that makes you a lot more tinpot.

I have to disagree. We've spent far time time in League 1 than League 2. The only reason we weren't in the league 50 years ago is because of the crooked club chairman and the closed shop that was re-election.
