Lowest Saturday league crowd in Coventry for 59 years Saturday. Just 6381.

Will he interested to see how low it will drop, especially if we drop out of the play offs.

Unthinkable to picture a league crowd less than 6000 at the Ricoh, especially when we will take so many away each week.

Wait until we play you. on current form, you will be out of the play-offs and we will already be relegated. Lucky if there's 1 man and his dog Spot.

Comfortable win for us on Saturday really and we should have had a couple more. I hope Barnet do stay up though as it's a decent day out and the bar there is probably the best in the league but I won't miss having to pay £23 if they do go down. Major error not realising Spurs were at home though which led to a very crowded tube journey back to Kings Cross.

First goal was a proper old school thumping header and I don't think any keeper would have saved that as it was right in the top corner and for the second, if that turn by Dembele had been done in The Prem they'd be showing it over and over again. What a difference a week can make with 2 wins on the bounce. As for the sending off, at the time I didn't think it was that bad a challenge but if you watch it again in slow motion the player has both feet off the floor just before he goes in on Dembele so if the ref saw that, then in this day and age I'm afraid he had to go.

A shame we have a free week next week really as we need to keep this momentum going and not slip back into being the team we were until very recently.

I honestly can't believe we're only 3 points off the play-offs.

Bit harsh that, could potentially end his career at a young age. We had Enoch Andoh a couple of seasons back, absolute class winger, Spurs were reportedly ready to offer 2 million an exciting player. Collided with the Colchester keeper and did his ACL and never regained fitness and now playing for Whitehawk. We may well have made the play offs two seasons ago in league one had he stayed fit.

No guarantees Jones will ever recover from it fully and be the player he is again.

Awful news that former Crawley manager Dermot Drummy passed away last night aged 56. RIP.

A real loss to the footballing world. I was lucky enough to have a chat with him soon after he started with us; a really nice bloke with time for everyone and a sense of humour (Not many managers with one of those).

Some tributes - https://www.crawleytownfc.com/news/2017/november/28.11-dermot-drummy/

Before he joined the Arsenal youth set up he played in non-league and become a London cab driver. He said he didn't really like that job because people were always talking behind his back.

RIP Dermot.

Who wore their Sergio Georgini jacket better? David Brent in The Office or John Fenty at the Grimsby Town fans forum last night?

The last 20 minutes of the forum are a very uncomfortable watch.
The poor host!

Watching it now, just reached the final hour as they switch off BBC radio coverage so it's bound to get juicy from here. Not a lot of substance at all so far with the highlight probably being Slade's powerpoint presentation on why we don't leave anyone forward when defending corners. To be fair to ol' Russ I think he's spoken well so far and I have warmed up a bit to him but I've seen a preview of the upcoming finger wagging so we'll see how I feel once I've finished it.

I can barely watch TV shows without shielding my eyes from cringe so I haven’t watched those dreaded last 10 minutes.

Sounds like a complete farce though and the circus which is our club continues. We’ll stop hosting any sort of journalist soon.

Just finished watching it, how do I feel? Absolutely nothing. It's not exactly a new low for us, shit like this has been typical for a long time. From the board members treating supporters like idiots and the neanderthals in the crowd proving them right. We're a joke but you all know that already. As unfair and uncomfortable as it was for Matt, I couldn't help but laugh through it. You've got to, right?

John Shelton Fenty has always been a bit of a knob but he's outdone himself in recent weeks. The problem is he genuinely seems to think he's done nothing wrong. As for Matt Dean, he's always been one for a bit of gossip which never sat well with the club but I've always found him to be pretty reliable.

I get the feeling Matt Dean was 'invited' to host this so he could basically be ambushed by Fenty and co over the Woodhouse tweets, what a pathetic bunch they are!
We've have dodgy people on the board at Lincoln in the past but this guy is a different league not Oyston and co standard but he's getting there.

Morecambe have become the latest side to have a player investigated for successful deception of a referee. The penalty they won against us last weekend, so I guess we can say we've experience of both sides of the new rule now. They did miss the resulting penalty so almost makes you want to feel sorry for the lad. I think though this is the first time they've investigated a decision which didn't result in a goal or red-card and I had been wondering whether a missed penalty would be considered worthy of another look.

If you watch the highlights you honestly can't tell either way.

Poor Adam Yates our longest servant. After a year out he comes back plays in the reserves against Morecambe collides with his keeper and breaks his eye socket, nose, jaw and wrist!

Gutted for him, get well soon Adam!

He looks like he's just been on a night out with Ben Stokes.

I do think we are only one decent striker and a good manager away from being a playoff challenging team.

Sadly until we get the above 2 things, mid table is as exciting as it will get for us.

I don't think we've any issues with Curle. A striker is all

The issues are that his negativity has cost us points this season. Chesterfield away was a disgrace, as was Morecambe at home last week.

Certain games its sensible to set up defensive and play for a draw, but against bottom and third bottom of the league teams, it’s unacceptable.

Oh and make that a left back as well. Because if Grainger’s injury is serious we’re as fucked as we were last season when we lost our only left back.

Looks painful, I imagine it'll be a short term layoff though, and he can wear a mask when he returns.

2 fractured cheekbones, 2 fractured eye sockets, fractured upper jaw, broken nose. It'd be some mask to protect that lot, also broke his wrist as well.
Yates has had no luck recently, he missed all of last season with a knee injury.
