I doubt that was Luke Imp's hotdog as Lincoln were at Yeovil at the time.

Then why did he ask if anyone wanted a hotdog from Morecambe?

Confussed of Crawley

Maybe a football friend sent him a picture of their sausage on what was a very cold day in Morecambe?.

Luke Imp is well known for liking pictures of sausages.

Potentially up to 4th or down to 12th for us tomorrow at home to Accrington.

We've only picked up one point against the current top 6 (Wycombe on the opening day).

Another huge result and another goal for Sammie Szmodics - averaging a goal every 140 minutes from midfield this season. 26 points from the last 12 games now and up to fifth ahead of tomorrow's games. Nice that we've started winning games away from home in the last couple of months too after having one of the worst away records in the country for the past two or three seasons.

If it's as good as the trophy game it'll be a belter, looking forward to it.
I take they've covered the pitch?

He’s gotta go, AS. What we produce is barely describable as football. I’d like to know the percentage of our goals that have come from set pieces, cos we create fuck all in open play.

It is so pointless, cos if we somehow get promoted, we have nothing going forward. No players of L1 standard and that anti football northern monkey still in charge.

I’d happily write this season off now and be rid of him. Clubs at our level have to plan to progress somehow - whether that’s by producing your own players or recruiting wisely/luckily. Flitcroft isn’t building for the future, he’s a fucking footballing dinosaur.

Played OK last night. Not a regular starter, and our brand of hoofball doesn’t suit him. Doesn’t look like money particularly well spent at the moment. Could be an entirely different player under a manager not from the Neolithic age.

We’ve named just four subs today. Make of that what you will.

In tears at that Lincoln penalty/Accrington red. Surprised they didn’t walk off the pitch in solidarity after that reaction at ML earlier in the season.

So you keep telling us after every single game Kenny. Well done on your title win for two things - I'll win a little over 200 quid, and my club will make a little (?) more on the Berry transfer.

Oh make that three things actually. You lot being one of only two half decent sides in L2 that deserve promotion, the other being Coventry. I reckon Notts have got a decent side too, but the problem is that I can't exactly see if they are or aren't as we're beyond poor atm so won't be much of a test for them I'm afraid. As for the other sides, I don't exactly rate anybody else, too much of a muchness if I'm being honest.

Lose 3-0 and have two players sent off. I doubt that will go down as Crawley's best Saturday ever.

After the football focus bit the other day I expect the wrath of Kewell to be apparent.

Check out Campbell-Ryce's goal on the highlights tonight - a thing of beauty. We don't often see beautiful sights like that at The Hive (except injury time winners against Luton of course :) )

Accrington were an absolute embarrassment today. Absolutely pathetic and got exactly what they deserved. Not in terms of how they played, they actually did ok without threatening, but the constant surrounding the ref trying to get our players sent off, generally for fair challenges, conveniently going down in good positions for free-kicks, waving imaginary cards and being gobby shites.

It was a pretty non-event of a game in the way of goal scoring chances. They didn't force Vickers into a proper save, whereas they saved well from Green twice.

Haven't seen the penalty but it looked like a definite shirt pull from the other and I couldn't tell where it was in terms of how the play went i.e. a man covering or anything. If it was soft, then we had a stone-waller turned down 10 minutes earlier on Green again, when he decided to stay on his feet and try and get a shot off. Everyone went ape at that one, so maybe that swayed the ref later in the game.

Getting the goal early in the second half helped and from then on, we comfortably saw it out.

Accrington were very tippy tappy. Comfortable on the ball but passing for the sake of it, which they had to do at times because they're on the small side so they can't hit balls into the box. Their set piece delivery was on the money all afternoon, though. Consistently delivered with good quality.

A bizarre set of officials - really inconsistent. The linesman on the far side got over-ruled 5 times in the second half.

Comfortable home win for the Alex today, not often I've been able to say that this season. Crawley were a disgrace though, keeper should have gone in the first half for a last man challenge, Roberts could have gone 20 minutes before he did. Not sure what Smith did, but the ref seemed sure he spotted something. Then that Meite goes flying in and could have gone as well. Dirtiest team I've seen us play for a long long time.

It’s not ‘soft’, you could make a case for it being the worst refereeing decision of the entire season. It’s incredible.

A couple of seasons ago Plymouth fans thoughgt they were promoted by Christmas and ended losing to Wimbledon in the play off final
Trust me, we don't.
A few years ago Oxford were 22 points ahead of us, but managed to finish below us. The infamous messy pants season.

They then went onto win the play offs.

A superb strike from Luke O'Nien means we're up to 4th 2 points off the automatic promotion places. Ainsworth says Chesterfield were one of the most difficult teams to break down so far this season and will not be going down if they play like that in most of the games left this season.

Where you at the game? Or did you see it on sky?
Stocksbridge isn't fit to referee period, he hasn't a clue granted none of his decisions were as bad as the lino on the coop stand side who missed being out of play by around a yard and missed it and play continued, shocking!

That's not a pen and definitely not a red in the Lincoln game... and it looked like Rhead was offside for the second in the highlights! Awful awful ref.

You sound surprised? That's par for the course for Accrington but I guess it's the first time you've played them for a while.

Coleman is just as bad, seems to think the world is against him and let's everyone know the fact. Rubs of on his players.

Ah no, I expected it and we've played them many times when they came up from the Conference until we got relegated and they were like it. They just seemed worse this time and most seem to have small man syndrome.

Seen our penalty now and it looked more of a penalty in real time. The extent of the shirt pull looked worse from right behind it.

Think you need to have a look at your own teams antics before calling out another, the way your guy went down like a sack of shit when Sam Jones touched him to purposely get him sent off was awful cheating play acting, not really surprising though, arse hole players, arse hole fans. :fing:
