Can’t see why we’d move ours on the 2nd. 3pm kick off on a bank holiday they’re not going to want to move that to a 7:45 kick off the next night.

Maybe they’ll put that one on Sky as well after the viewing public falls in love with the silky skills of highly-rated youngster Darren Pratley?

Huzzah! I can go to this now. Helpful stuff. Can’t imagine either of the other two games will be moved; still 3 days before we head to Wales.
Leyton Orient game confirmed on our website as Friday 30 7:45 ko

We don’t have the joy of shitty old Rochdale plonked in the middle. Don’t know you’re born.

I did say this would happen.

When you try and be a big shot at a game and it backfires a bit.

Two FA investigations in the space of a month, we've got some bad boys in Cumbria, I think a telling doesn't suffice here.

Great. So a manager can make something up, resulting in a two week investigation where nothing is proven. But they take his word for it and close a section of the stadium despite no evidence. And before anyone says anything, if they had evidence something would have been done to the culprit by now.

But they didn't find evidence because there was none to find. I was there. Everyone I've spoken to has said the same, they saw nothing.

It's funny that he only decided to make something of it post match. If a coin had been thrown at him during the game like he said, surely he would have reacted, told a steward, or something. But no, he stood there for 90 minutes, showing no signs of distress.

If a coin had been thrown during the 90mins, All he needs to do is Alert the 4th official.
Which no doubt the FA will be asking him.

If something had been thrown then there is no hiding place.

CCTV would have shown up something. An investigation wouldn't take long at all if anything had actually happened. And even if a coin had been thrown, it could have been thrown from the seated area above, or further along the terrace.

This is a total over reaction by the club.

AND who the fuck carries coins these days?!

Even if a coin was thrown only the culprit should be punished, harsh on the normal folk who've stood there for years without issue.

McKirdy has some globular foodstuff thrown at him last year.

It really doesn’t matter what it is, players shouldn’t have to put up with that.

Think the club are having to do what the FA expect of them.

Agree, If someone is found to be the culprit they should have thier season tck cancelled.
Don,t think anybody else should suffer.

I think it is totally unjust for others to lose thier seats on account of 1 or 2.

To have a blanket approach to me is wrong.

Two FA investigations in the space of a month, we've got some bad boys in Cumbria, I think a telling doesn't suffice here.
Full article for those who can't be arsed to click the link:

"Carlisle United Football Club can confirm that from Saturday onwards, and for the foreseeable future, the areas immediately behind the home and away dugouts in the Paddock terraced area will be cordoned off and will not be accessible to supporters.

The club is currently facing two FA investigations relating to incidents at home and away games involving Carver in our supporter areas, with behaviour at the end of the recent Orient home game adjacent to the tunnel of particular serious concern.

Whilst recognising that our fans are magnificent, which is demonstrated week in, week out, we also have to recognise that the negative actions of Carver have serious consequences which affect everybody, and we have to do whatever we can to ensure that Brunton Park is a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Carver, who continues to behave in an offensive, anti-social and unacceptable manner will be dealt with through a combination of police action and automatic club bans.

Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: “We have seen an increase in behaviour that is not acceptable both at home and away games.

“The actions of Carver are damaging the club, and this has consequences for everyone. The football authorities require that we take action and, as a community club, we therefore must address this.

“This decision has not been taken lightly. We discussed behaviour issues at length with representatives of CUSG this week.

“We understand that some fans may well have stood in that area for many years. It is also true that it is Carver and his actions that affect the majority, and fans who are unconnected to this behaviour are subsequently affected.

“We are sorry it has come to this but behaviour matters. The club must act responsibly and now take action.

“We hope fans will respond and that this marks a line, and we get back to our high standards.

“But fans also need to understand, if we don’t see an improvement, and incidents continue to occur, we will need to look at further measures.”

Didn’t know where else to put this, but on loan striker Kian Harratt has probably played his last game for us. Someone on our forum has heard he’s already been sent back to Huddersfield who are considering cancelling his contract. Good news for Port Vale who seem to think he was decent, absolutely garbage but for 20 minutes against one of the worst teams in the league. Saves us a wage so happy days. He doesn’t seem to have learned anything as he put on Facebook his latest exploits which was in October.

We all should've known he was a wrong un from the start, that facial hair should've been an immediate red flag.

Despite being situated right at the top of England. you don’t actually hear that many Scottish accents at Brunton park believe it or not. So no not much of a Scottish welcome.

Not good at all from him. Seems this happened initially when on loan with us. I wonder if Vale knew about it. Wouldn’t have him back here now to be honest as just think we have better options and he’d be fourth choice at best.

I mean, it’s not exactly the great train robbery but I do think it’ll be blown enough out of proportion so that we can use it as a reason to send him back.
