We’re incredibly wasteful compared to most teams we play so the stats check out.

They were against us if that's anything to go off.

Stocky, any decent pubs up your way? Heading up on the train for our tussle a week Saturday

Yeah mate loads round the ground. The Armoury on the rounadbout is where I head. Wellington on the A6 which is about 10 minutes away is a nice pub inside. Fair few others on Castle Street 2 minutes from the ground, some aren't the best. Bask is a new, more modern place near the station, 5-7 mins walk to the ground.

Good news_ Matthew Etherington finally explained why he quit Crawley Town.
Bad news: It's so obtuse, I've no idea what it means.

The Poolies will have to get their fancy dress on very early in the morning, then

Or maybe not, because we're within 500 yards of a school

Don't know if it's just me but there's an awful lot of long distance trips on the final day this season isn't there?

Joe Garner signs a permanent deal joining Carlisle Utd. It was his late equaliser against the Wombles at the end of last season that kept Fleetwood in league 1
A few years ago Fleetwood played PNE at Deepdale in a league 1 game. We led 2-0 at h/t . 2nd half they brought on Joe who terrorised our defense, final score
3-2 to the hosts
Really wish him well, ok he's at the tail end of his career but still knows how to put the shits up defenders. Hope he's a good signing for you, maybe we'll see him again ?

Yup.

Shortest journey - Harrogate v Rochdale - 52 miles.
Longest journey - Sutton v Carlisle - 330 miles.
Only 2 matches less than 100 miles.
4 matches over 200 miles.
Average 173 miles.

Thought so. Bit of a bugger for a lot of travelling fans to make a lunchtime kick off, especially on a Monday. Interesting to see what the state of play is with the trains by then too.

Just think. On Tuesday when we play Stevenage they’ll be more people on the pitch than in the away end.
