Big problem for clubs at our level now is having no lower league football to give the younger players some experience against older players. We normally send ours to Marine, Warrington Town or Cammell Laird FC or others below the NLN.

We've got the same problem.

What with the National league basically imploding as well there were at least two players we was willing to loan out to the NL to get them more game time but because no one knows whats happening yet they're stuck with us and unlikely to get much game time.

I'll say the same thing I always say when Adam Stag decides to air his opinion that Mansfield is on a level playing field with Tokyo. At least Grimsby/Cleethorpes is a shithole with a beach. That alone elevates it above somewhere like Bolton. If Grimsby/Cleehtopres was on the west coast, all you scabby cunts from Bolton would be coming over on the train all the time in the summer like you do with Blackpool.

I moved to London for work and because my wife at that point wanted to live there. I definitely don't have rose-tinted London specs either, but it's quite clearly the best city in the UK.

Bolton was the centre of the Industrial Revolution....It was the birthplace of Samuel Crompton who invented the spinning mule...which earned Billions of pounds in todays money to this country. Centre of the civil war. The Earl of Derby was Hung at Bolton. We have some of the best period buildings in the country.....Le mans cresent is used regularly by tv crews......The west lancs moors are on our doorstep.
People who were born in the town include World cup winners, multiple Olympic gold medal winner.
Movie Actors,Pop/Indie singers.Britains biggest earning comedian etc,etc

I have only been to Blackpool to watch the football in the last ten years. I have no will or reason to visit a beech either in Blackpool or Grimsby.........Turkey, Greek Islands, Spain,Australia,Indian beaches are the only beaches i have stepped foot on in the last ten year
