Mckeown isn't all that. I know that Henderson is far too good but it has brought up the things that Mckeown isn't good at: collecting crosses and having the ball at his feet.

Berrett and Summerfield can go. Chambers is ok but doesn't do enough to warrant a place. Disley, whilst a legend, isn't upto L2 imo. Same for Gowling (just not as big a legend).

Only shame is McAllister, who came with promise but has been plagued by injury. We've only seen him play a game and a half. :(

Please be Summerfield and Berrett. Not fussed about Chambers or McAllister. Henderson isn't gonna sign for us permanently and we'll do well to get a better keeper than McKeown in. Gowling, I'm on the fence about as I do think he's good enough, but there's some kind of Bignot friction there and he has previous for not being up to League Two standard. I would love Disley to retire here and stay on in some kind of staff capacity, if that's what he wants to do. He is still capable of holding down a spot in our starting lineup at the moment and I'm really surprised Bignot doesn't seem to see the value he brings.

Aye unfortunate about Macca, think we will miss him and we will struggle to find someome next season.
Disley still has a part to play but not first 11 which he wants and needs, hopefully he ends up staying but wish him well if he goes. Agreed on the other three, McAllister has been injured too much.
Whenever I've seen Chambers play this season he's been excellent so I'm a bit surprised by that one though.
Not really surprised about Dis and McAllister and I knew about Gowling and I expect to see him at Lincoln in the next couple of days after saying he doesn't want to leave Caistor.
Macca here explaining his decision to hand in a transfer request:

I feel quite sorry for him after listening to this after the years of service he's given us but I guess that's football.

Apparently we're signing John O'Sullivan after his release from Blackburn. I remember he played for Accrington last season but don't know too much about him, another midfielder though?

I'd be quite shocked if we don't bring in a left back before the deadline.

If it's the player I'm thinking of) he's quite good.

However we do need to strengthen other areas, at least one striker and a left back.

Yeah, like I said before, I also feel sorry for him. He was fucking quality in 2013/14. Arguably our best player that season and could have easily got a club higher up, but he chose to re-sign with us because he made a mistake in the playoffs. He will always be a Grimsby Town legend for that, in my eyes/opinion.

Lincoln are proper massive and clever now too by the way, so they won't want our cast offs any more.

Latest rumours are we could be signing Ryan Taylor from Oxford, and our brilliant young left back Ben Purrington could be off to Rotherham for 650k plus add ons.

Who haven't Rotherham bid for this window??
Taylor would be a decent signing I think.

Getting £650k for a left back who has only been a first team player for 3/4 months or however long Sawyer's been injured would be fantastic business.

Should be a busy couple of days at Notts. I don't expect us to do a Newport and sign a whole new team though.

Nolan will sign as a player, but realistically won't play. Kelvin Wilson seems a done deal. Likely to be a Striker, with rumours Stead is off to the US for a final pay day

McKeown rumoured to be coming to us if Alnwick goes to Rangers... any good GTFC fans? Jut need a solid experienced keeper to be honest.

I know a lot of people on Pasoti are unhappy, but I rather agree about Purrington, especially if a 20 per cent sell on. I would guess that we are on our way to league 1 for a few years, and Rotherham are on their way to league 2 so imagine he won't stay more than 2 seasons with Rotherham.

He's an OK shotstopper. Doesn't command his area well. Poor distribution but kicking is alright. Prone to the odd error. Can make a world class save occasionally. I'm not sure he's good enough for L1 but hey ho.

this will be Alan Smith to Plymouth all over again. Weeks of 'mulling it over' only for him to decide to stay and people act like it's a good thing - can't wait to get shot of the weak, slow, clumsy thing.

Yep Ryan Taylor signs from Oxford. Very happy with that.

I'm also of the opinion that the Purrington sale would be good business for us, if it really is 650k. Wouldn't be surprised with the figures that have Rotherham have been throwing about. Wouldn't be much of a step up though, we'll finish above them next year!

We'll see if Plymouth finish above Rotherham next season but signing players like Ryan Taylor i wouldn't be that confident if i was you and you haven't been promoted yet anyways.

As for the other Plymouth fan thinking we're heading back to league 2, we're preparing our squad for league 1 now so we don't go down again and gives us more chance of heading straight back up more than anything.

Apparently we've bidded over a million now for Bogle, seems like we never gonna give up on that 1 and we're also after another young player from this division aswel so we'll see what happens.

Where abouts did you hear that?
Not disputing it, just I haven't heard about it this end.

Rotherham fans twitter page says fourth and final bid is just over a million for Bogle and fee for Purrington is 600k.

Rotherham had scouts at our game on Saturday watching Charlie Wyke.

Rotherham boss claims the latest bid for Omar wasn't from them. Bignot claims all 4 bids for Omar were from the same club.

A Club is interested in Mckeown but not on loan or to pay a fee so won't be happening.

Disley has a place with GTFC according to Bignot and hopes he stays.

Gowling amd Chambers are free to find a club as he can't guarantee a contract in the summer so wants them to find something now so they are not in the "rat race" in the summer

McAllister is hopefully on a loan deal somewhere to get game time after his injury.

Finally Summerfield is one of the two to ask to leave so has been circulated for loan or transfer.

DONE DEAL. Lewis Bamford completes move from non league Belper United to Plymouth for undisclosed fee. Official announcement to come #pafc

Wow. A move from Step 10 to Step 4?! Never heard of him either.

Isnt that the twitter account that is just run by a couple of morons who make up rumours in the hope that one comes true? We've heard absolutely nothing about that transfer, think it might be bullshit.

Our local rag is saying £300k, I rather hope that you are right, but if he ran his contract out and we went to a tribunal we would not get that - our captain with 200 games only got rising to £280k depending on games played. So I suspect all sides happy in the end.

Wycombe have signed 20 year old striker Alex Jakubiak on loan until the end of the season. Think this might mean the injured Paris Cowan-Hall will go back to Millwall as his loan ends this week.

Yep, could be a prank. Still if it's true, then it's just a league club taking a punt on some promising youngster who could move on for big money in the future. Nothing extraordinary about it at all, as I'm sure he won't be on big money.

edit - the bad photoshop job sure raises questions though
