Do Barrow have money to pay a decent fee then?

Not what we wanted to hear but cheers nonetheless Agombar stool and Indian Dan. And good luck in L1 chaps, I hope we don't see you back here in a year's time

Cheers Vanni. Good luck to you this season also, moving out of London and Cambridgeshire is on our list so I might come and watch some of your games if it happens!!

And hey, don’t let our opinions on May dampen your spirits, cobblers fans laughed at us when we signed Sam Parkin and he is now a bona fide club legend!

There are only about 10 regular people who post on White Review. I know at least 10 people who have been turned down after applying to join it. It isnt compulsory to post anything on this and despite the temptation to respond to our 4th division colleague from Bolton i thought i would allow him to dig his own hole without interference from me. At least he backs his team 100%. At least he is positive. In the case of football a bit of blind faith at this time of year is perfectly fine.
I find it unlikely that people have been turned away when registering on White Review. It is the most easygoing of our forums and only one person has been banned in the last decade.

Newport have made the biggest signing of the summer - Kevin Ellison has joined them to continue as the oldest player in the EFL next season, unless Danny Bulman at Crawley is older......................

Kevin Ellison's physical body is maybe early 40s but his spirit is much much older.

Dannie Bulman is Older than Kevin Ellison. He is also still a duracel bunny type player.

Dannie is also player/coach at Crawley now.

Dannie is also the oldest EFL goalscorer but it wouldn't surprise me if Ellison nicked that off him at some point this season.

5 people i know from going to games have tried to join to avoid the likes of The Baldy One character and got nowhere. All recently. To emphasise my first point ask Boz what his prediction for tomorrow is. Luggage firmly in a motionless condition. If you support a club you back them even in the face of reality. I am no lover of Bolton but at least their fans show faith in their team and manager before a game has been played.

Newport county have signed 41 year old Kevin Ellison from Morecambe.
What a legend this guy is. Remember him in his Stockport and Hull days scoring worldies against us. Then when it came to playing for us it looked like he was wearing clogs on the wrong feet.

You weren’t following Bolton when Phil Parkinson was their manager then ?

Does a lot of good work for people who suffer from depression. He is also good for banter.

Talking about now and their amusing optimism for being the Liverpool of League 2 this season. As a 43 year veteran of watching Rovers i am as ever just hoping that we can avoid making things difficult for ourselves, although it wouldnt feel right if we didnt.

As a general rule i try to avoid Bolton, and their fans in particular.

I have been disagreeing with Boz for years but never had any problem with him personally, or White Review.

I don't have a problem with him personally. He called me a stalker. I was reading the Daily Mirror the other day and disagreed with an article. Does that give them the right to have a restraining order put on me because i read something in the public arena and thought it was wrong. If you put your views out in public you cannot complain if they are criticised. God forbid he was on twitter.

Apparently Kevin Ellison’s dad was the pissed up Liverpool fan who climbed up a lamp post in a red mankini (to celebrate winning the title) only to fall and kill himself in doing so. R.I.P

Apparently Kevin Ellison’s dad was the pissed up Liverpool fan who climbed up a lamp post in his underpants (to celebrate winning the title) only to fall in doing so. Last I heard he was still in a coma
Theres a video of him scaring his dad so much that he falls out of his chair and gives him a right gob full of language. Not heard that so not in a position to comment. Was a stupid thing to do whoever it was. Not as bad as the naked bloke up a lamppost at the Champions League celebrations. That was weird. At least we know how to celebrate with a bit of dignity. Its not like we have had a lot of practice.

Yes Aldridge was dignified when you scored to get a draw against us....
