We’re in talks with Omar Bogle......apparently.

I cannot see it myself. I still think McCall will bring in a young loanee from a premiership or championship club to fill the striker gap in the squad

Can Bradford compete with Grimsby financially though?

Even Bristol City fans say they have the same problem. And your Green chums!
Not sure how Bristol City fans think that....But I guess it’s still a big move if players are based up north or in London.

When going to Plymouth that last 40 miles after the M5 ends really drags on and on and on! So I can imagine they find it even harder than us in some cases.

Humphrys off to Rochdale. We have three strikers. Still under embargo

Stephen McLaughlin finally going to be announced, he was probably the first player we were linked with.

After a very strange saga looking at the teaser and the leaks from our local reporter the new winger set to sign today is Harry McKirdy... great signing if he has his head right.

Yeah thats 100% Harry McKirdy on Port Vale’s social media.

Good signing if his attitude can be controlled.

unlock and read what i print you do not have to reply. In fairness every time i read a post from you its all Bollocks
Hence the post above you clearly have never played the game. We had 70% of the ball first half against Bradford
Our defenders DID push up hence why we got caught .
Clueless as per most of your posts

The 70% possession you had in the first half means nothing, You didn't get it above the halfway line and 70% of the passes were backwards, I really cannot see why you are favorites to go up this year, The squad is mid-table at best and Baptiste is 100% an accident waiting to happen with his massive lack of pace

I think you may be underestimating this league

Harry McKirdy confirmed...

Nicely stocked on the flanks now with Worrall, Monty, Amoo and McKirdy!

Humphrys is going out and Akinola is coming in. Think under the embargo we can have a squad up to 23 so Humphrys leaving frees up a space

Heard Ethan Walker might be going to Carlisle on loan. Club rate him highly, rapid, direct, plays on the left cutting in.

First thing with him is for the club to book him into a barbers with that haircut.

Obviously a talented player and I’ve long thought we need to add a bit of shithousery to our play so am good with that. The concern is his attitude as the words of the Carlisle manager when he left were not a ringing endorsement of that. Last thing we need is someone ruining the team spirit Askey has built.

Interesting. We have a few injuries in our forward positions so would make sense bringing in a loan.

I trust Askey, he wont last five minutes if he plays up.

Miller, Whitfield and Hannant for example show that.

We've now got pretty much two full starting XI's capable at this level of competing which is pleasing both of similar quality levels.

Akinola is an interesting one. Been banded around as coming to a league club for several years but never happened.

I wonder what the issue is. Whenever I’ve seen him he’s been ok but not outstanding. I just think he’s probably at his level in the conference.

Saying that, a lot of people seem to think you might be preparing for that already (not saying it myself as don’t know enough about your issues)

Wouldn’t say we’re preparing for Conference football next season can pretty much agree we will not be troubling the top half of the league but I don’t think we’ll go down. Molesley has been a good appointment in the sense that a lot of players have said things have changed at the training ground regarding intensity and atmosphere so I would hope the ships been turned now and the worst is behind us!

Port Vale are an odd decision for him since the reason why he left us is that he didn't get on well with the fans. So he joins a club whose fans already dislike him for a) being a Stoke fan, b) being a former Crewe player, and c) an incident when he played them last season.

Jordan Stevens from Leeds, ex-FGR. No idea.

Ex academy lad from us, signed for Leeds for a pretty decent fee a couple of years back. Skilful attacking mid/right mid, been involved on the fringes of the firs team there quite a bit. Bielsa likes him apparently, will be interesting to see how he does for you.

He mainly riled our fans by cowardly pushing Whitfield over the hoarding at Crewe away pointlessly but will give him a chance.

He’s a strange character and a shithouser is probably something we’ve missed in recent times.

We gave Lee Hughes far more abuse before he signed and then were all doing the Hughesy!

Stoke fan? He’s as Chelsea as they come and makes sure everyone knows about it. Season ticket holder as well.
