I said that Gallimore was better than Shrimpton last year. I was very wrong about that as Gallimore was shocking when he played and has signed for Cleethorpes I think now.

Shrimpton isn't great either but he will get away with everything because he was born in Scunthorpe. If he was a loanee he'd be getting booed off the pitch like Richie Bennett was last year.

It’s rumoured that former Wycombe midfielder Dominic Gape is training with us in Spain. Made 45 appearances in the last three seasons due to injury.

Add in Rowan McDonald who’s been a sick note in the past few years by all accounts and was training with us last week too and we’ve got a right collection of injury prone players we’re looking at.

Aye I was at both those games and the one down at your place he absolutely ran the show and run rings around Byron Anthony and Cian Bolger. Poor Anthony had a mare for his first goal as well!
