Crawley look a bit short of quality for L1, but the way they play should see them finish above any basket cases.
Not sure whether there are any basket cases next season tbh.

It was Fleetwood, Wigan and Reading this season but I'm not really seeing any obvious issues for sides next season (yet!). Perhaps Reading if they don't get sold before the summer.

There are always one or two in every league. They'll reveal themselves before the summer ends I'm sure.

I do agree we look short on quality for league 1 so it's going to be about our recruitment. It could be a strange recruitment though due to our methodology, which is basically data driven but with a twist. The twist being I have no idea what data pool they are using.

The other issue we have is that some of the fans favourites who are sticking around aren't good enough for the step up, imho, but because they are here we will not try to replace them.

I don’t agree Casey - we have quality all over the pitch - they are playing better and better and the demolition of MKDons and before that Mansfield proved that - l have no doubt that we will survive next season and will surprise quite a few of the fancied teams next season.

Here we go again - Crawley for relegation - haven’t you lot seen what happened last season when that lot in League 2 said we were going down -
There you are proof that those in lge 2 have no clue about football

Downside of that they do up here........your going to struggle
Casey has always been level headed in what he posts......I hope you stay up but i dont see it

Blackpool? (Imprisoned owner)

Or maybe Wycombe, when they start fielding an all-Kazakh XI

There are many question marks surrounding our mysterious new owner, but I’d like to think he’d be big enough to at least give it a season before getting bored and letting things go tits up.

In an industry as filthy as football, never say never - remember Notts County with Sven-Goran Ericsson as manager? - but the new guy does at least have documented money, which is more than can be said for some.

Yes because your football is so slow and boring to watch and your team is full of fat balding lower league geriatrics. There is nothing excitable about your team and manager at all and after seeing how turgid you looked at Wembley last season I'm suprised you even got promoted.

You have no pace in your team whatsoever and that's a key requirement to stay up in L1.

Because you're Hollywood Wrexham and you're perennial winners.

Plus the likes of Szmodics and Vardy are on their way to signing for your club.

No one will touch you in this league.

Oh aye because the internet says so...it must be true.

Note - don't believe everything you read on the internet. Seriously, the amount of click bait shit we see on a daily basis relating to us is quite frankly boring and not even newsworthy.

Mansfield Town
I think from a mansfield perspective i’d be very happy with somewhere around 16/18th which i think is possible, we’d a solid GK and defence last season and if anything we struggled to score from the amount of chances we created - hopefully lee gregory can change that in a more competitive league.

Pace in midfield was an issue last season which he’s addressed in part, i noted that there was a step up in that.

We start the season at home to burton, stockport, cambridge, shrewsbury, blackpool and stevenage Whereas all sides will be a test clearly, it’s a more “generous” run of games at other times of the season and will hopefully allow us to get some early points on the board.

Definitely feels too early to do this still as don't think we've seen the end of some big windows for clubs so subject to change.
