Couldn't see it mentioned here but 325 Scunthorpe at Coventry last night.

In a depressing crowd of 6800. The lowest crowd in Coventry for a league game since 1962.
Being honest it looked around 5000 'ish'.

Well done SISU.

Not really Scum, their gate, whilst low is far more comparable to their average than yours, and given their home gates are circa 2.5k it is better.

Have Fleetwood played there before? I guess they could be saving to come to our place this Saturday

74 Colchester fans at Oldham. Officially, anyway - the other 500 must be in the home end enjoying a £17 saving.

419 Barnsley at Crawley, most of whom will now be in the pub or on the way home.

Really don't understand the current apathy at Vale. Even when they were nowhere in League Two they were always selling out all the local games.

I was thinking this to myself! It was similar when we were last in this league and we got very poor home attendances for a few seasons and never really travelled away brilliantly. That was probably because we were going no where in league one and it was very boring. Then suddenly we were a big fish in a smaller pond in league two and our followings shot up. In my opinion, league 2 was a lot more enjoyable. We aren't going to get promoted from this division anytime soon and wont go down this season so every game seems a bit of a chore and for the last few months I've not been fussed regardless of the result! To me it felt like in league two we had something to strive for, the excitement was there.

Attendances shot up under Adams away from home to be fair.

Strange today we took less than we did for a JPT tie there two seasons back! Fourth win in 14 months away and barely any draws either so a lot have given up on the away games, although we took more to Chesterfield a few weeks back.

I expect we will take a lot to Coventry as it's a new ground mind.

321 MK fans at Gillingham, very poor for a team going for automatic promotion and under 2 hours drive away. We took over 1,000 to their place earlier in season.

222 Fleetwood at Crewe.
752 Sheff Utd at Bristol City
140 Yeovil at Doncaster
220 Rochdale at Posh

Think that's all of them. No impressive followings yesterday, we all must be under the thumb.

That was the 5th biggest away following at Gillingham this season, clearly all teams in this league can't be arsed with travelling to you. Also, you can't compare 1,000 coming to our stadium with quality facilities on the opening day of the season with 321 travelling in winter to an open air away end. On top of all this, you lot had less than 5,000 home fans so to criticise the away support is rather unfair all in all.

Nice try Scum.

It was a below average following. Not shocking, but nowhere near good.

The facilities of a stadium are irrelevant, if you only go to an away game because you get a comfy seat or a nice pie then you're a piss-poor excuse for a fan. Your away support was poor, as it always is.

Getting less than 8,000 homes fans when you're in the top 3 is incredibly poor, especially for a city the size of Milton Keynes, but of course they'll all come out for Man United won't they? Strange that your lovely facilities can't entice a few more through the gates for your bread and butter league games, or even leave their comfort zone and travel anywhere.
