That's the following of the day given the distance.

Personally think bradfords is tbh considering league positions. Remember coventry havent finished in the top 6 for 400 years theyre obviously getting excited.

Would have taken well over twice that, sold the 2700 3 weeks ago.

That is actually fucking awful

Numbers-wise, yeah it was pretty gash, we took three times that number to them. Vocally, they made an effort which is more than can be said for our lot today.

It's one of their closest games of the year. A nice day (as your stand uncovered) and it's Christmas. Pitiful following.

If they can get 7000+ home fans for the game Boxing Day they can get more than that for gills away

I don't agree. Coventry to Chesterfield is a fair whack further thank Bradford to Sheffield, and the size of the away end at the proact limits the amount that could go. Both are impressive but Coventry edge it for me on the distance and the fact they had no more tickets to sell

good point. allocations play big part. great support from Bradfud but for us opening day 15 miles to Crewe we had 2200. defo would of taken 4000 and Cov would easily of taken 3500-4000 to Chesterfield, you can only take what you are given and Bradfud fortunate Bramhall lane is cracking capacity

90 mile round trip is Bradford to Sheffield, and at £25-£27 a ticket, it was a fine effort.

Coventry, another good effort.

Posh are one of the quietest supports in the league, home or away.
Col U today had a poor following of 300ish today, against the 1200 we took to theirs, but at least about 25 of them kept singing!

Also, fair play to Chesterfield fans today, good numbers and very decent noise. Was a fantastic atmosphere from both sides.

Cracking efforts by Bradford and Coventry. Invading the pitch is a bit tinpot though

427 Blackpool at Oakwell

Edit: cheers blademan

We only have 100 tickets left for Crewe, but now they have made it pay on the gate? Have Crewe given us the stand behind the goal?

Can't see many travelling to Gillingham on Saturday. Taken 1,500 to Chesterfield, 4,000 to Sheff Utd, and taking 2,800 to Bury on the 9th Jan.

The result against Sheff Utd has just deflated everyone. The manor in which we lost was disappointing when compared to our performances in recent weeks.

Wouldn't expect more than 300 to travel to Gillingham.

Don't know for sure but can't see any reason why you won't get the Railway End too.

We have sold about 1600 and have 600 on the gate. Looks like we have both ends then.

Haven't you been selling tickets in that end all season?
Yes,normally it's for the use of home fans and sometimes it's just left empty but if the away team will bring sufficient numbers they usually get it,unless ofcourse it was a game where demand from home supporters was such that we would need it for our own fans (a rarity).

That cone is decent, but some of us tinpot non leaguers get better things onto the pitch.
This was after Grimsby Town's 3 - 1 win at Barnet in February:

Having a laugh at away matches is the only thing that keeps us sane after more than 5 years in the non league abyss!
