We had 908 at Bradford on a weeknight a couple of years ago, pipe down Gassy.

We played at Rotherham last year as well. Rotherham are a much smaller club than us, Bradford are a much bigger club than Rovers. There's the attraction of play at a ground that holds more than 10k with your lot.

Bradford City like their counterparts Park Avenue were mostly in Div 4 with very small gates when I was growing up . Both clubs were never big clubs and I doubt without the price reductions City would be much bigger than us at present.

The fact that they've played in the top flight and have a ground that holds 25k says that they are IMO.

Are you for fucking real that was the match to clinch promotion 908 is absolutely pathetic. To say rovers are a smaller club than you there away support nigh on matches yours. I reckon if both in the same league they would maybe average more

I don't tend to get involved in this 'massive' debates, however, we're far more massive than little Rovers. Forever in City's shadow.

It wasn't a big game at all, we were wrapping it up with about 4 to spare. Anti-climax.

Does it fuck anyway; you have a pretty short memory, they've been alright for the last few years, you'd expect them to average decent numbers.

MK Dons is a shocking away day, it's a shame because the away end is great.

Fair play to any away fans who go to be ripped off and treated like shit (in general) but I thought it was a piss poor turnout from Northampton today.

We had a reyt day in Newport Pagnall when we went, was a great day all round. The 4 - 1 win probably helped though.

To be fair I went to the FA Cup replay the other year when we lost 2-0. Expected you'd have to go quite far out to find owt.

No, just head to Fenny Stratford, about a mile away.

Anyone who moans about lack of proper pubs just needs to do a bit of research. Fair enough there's just chain bars and restaurants at the ground, but there's about four decent pubs about a fifteen/twenty minute walk away in Fenny. Most away fans have been to ours enough times to know its a crap day out if you pitch up at 2pm and don't really have much choice other than the Frankie & Benny's, Chimichanga's and Nando's or a pint in the ground. Therefore, why do it and then go on forums to bitch about it being "a bit crap"

If making a day of it involves a decent session in a decent pub, then we're no different to about half the clubs in the country, in that you'll have to rely on Google and a bit of local knowledge, and probably a cab to the ground. Likewise, It's no different for us at a large number of away games (including Hillsborough, where you can't seemingly buy a pint as an away fan within a mile of the ground).
