Mk Dons have allocated 12k to wolves before so I'm surprised they haven't given out more tickets.

Wolves got 10k

The decision is down to the police as has been explained before.

Hi, Quick question - I see this thread goes back to ~2014. I was trying to find some away figures from around 2011 & 2012. Anyone got any ideas if there is anywhere that has data going back that far? Realise it's probably unlikely
Got figures going back way before that. Let me know what you need and I will see if I can help.

It’s more about the number of empty seats.

We’ve thousands who are missing out for literally no reason.

Is the sport not supposed to be about the fans? It used to be.

I get what you’re mean but it seems to be ignoring there is more to it in terms of the match day operations to do it. Have they got safe access to and from there given segregation? Have they liaised with the local train operator regards MK and Bletchley stations the increased amount of football fans? Are there police resources to manage it? There are others such as for all we know the nearest seating blocks at Stadium MK there might be some season ticket holders. The game is about the fans and part of that is not pissing off your own support. It’s not simply a case of here’s x amount of empty seats go sit in them.

I'd like to see how many you want when you've been in this league another few seasons ;

Theyve got a good following but don't they go on. Like they're Newcastle or Man U

Like yourselves, Norwich and Plymouth etc you have some miles to do for most away days unlike us based in the middle of things so I applaud the numbers you take. Ipswich are on the rise and like many fanbases who experience that they've increased numbers home and away.

I'm proud of our numbers away they've held up consistently before increasing over the last 5 years.

As I said before though, I made this same point earlier this year when Sheffield Wednesday were limited to 6500 when they’d have easily taken more.

It’s just the concept of football fans wanting to be at a match but not being allowed when there’s 15000 empty seats. Even if they have to introduce a neutral end like Fulham have had for years, do that. But at least let the empty seats be occupied by people who want to attend.

You've thousands of 1 game a season gimps missing out not die hard fans.
Fair point I suppose. It’s looking like selling out to season ticket holders. We’ve only got around 18,000 season ticket holders and over a third of them will be at MK.

i dont know how true it is but allegedly you can buy a hotel room at the mk dons hotel well in advance of your teams visit and ask for a pitch view then its about £80 or so...

Ah really, that's great, and thanks for the quick response. I'm just interested in the figures for Crewe matches I've attended. If you've got numbers going a long way back i'll be cheeky and ask for 08/09 season to 12/13 season although i've just remembered they were in League two for most of that time :(. If it's easier you can just spam me with the whole data set for the seasons and I'll sift through. Otherwise I can send you a list of matches, only about 15, I was young and poor back then!

To save me typing out loads of figures that you do not need or want, just list the games, and which season, that you want the figures for and I'll look them up asap. May be better to PM them to me.

300 at the gas. Not good numbers.

For those saying about our away allocation. The large allowances are permitted when the upper tier is open The biggest we are allowed on the lower tier is the 6500+. H&s, TVP etc. won't allow any more because of segregation. I'm sorry we aren't bowing down and allowing Ipswich fans in every spare seat in the stadium. I'd move all our supporters out to the carpark and listen on the radio so you can have all the seatd you want but sadly I don't have that power. So :fing:

A maasive crowd for L1.Fantastic following from Plymouth. I know it was top of the table but still brilliant.

What was the game like BarrieOwl or any other Wednesday fans? Did Plymouth play well? We got them Saturday fingers crossed we beat them for you

We were physical and direct for the game which ruffled them, they created a couple of half chances and had one shot on target, I thought they looked under par from what I'd seen down at Home Park in October. Not convinced on the decision to rule out our second either.

Sell out at Charlton as expected, 3155.
Have your lot got the bottom bit for the game Saturday? The extra 250 seats? Every club bar Plymouth this season has turned it down for one reason or another. Obviously yous would sell it if you wanted to but most clubs don’t want the extra as it’s at the bottom and probably requires extra stewarding.

Home end is a sellout too so should be a big atmosphere.

Good stuff. Proper club Wednesday.

Still maintain I want us two to go up.

Absolutely a must win for us. Our inconsistency is killing us. We’re an excellent side at our best (burnley fans generally said we were the best they’ve played all season after both games) but when we’re not at our best, we fail to take our chances and then concede ridiculously poor goals that no team trying to gain promotion should concede.

1-1

Said on our forum (not Owlstalk) you remind me of us last season, control games but fail to put games away and drop points, we dropped 21 points last season.

We have the players to play the pretty stuff but we also have experienced heads who can grind wins out, battle etc. It sometimes isn't pretty but give me 3 points over plaudits.

The first ten minutes Saturday will be important, we let Plymouth have possession but we were more incisive when we got it and took an early lead which we rarely looked like relinquishing.

We need to weather your storm, midfield will be some battle, just hoping Keogh starts given what your fans are saying, Chaplin is my main concern mind.

Mental that we've conceded only 7 away in 13 with over half coming in 2 games.
