Remie Streete stretchered off after ten minutes treatment for a serious injury... Just what we didn't need with Inniss out injured too!

Red card and a goal down - game over and freefall continues by the look of it. Predicted a hard season but this still hurts.

Sounds like both ourselves and Notts Co have taken our game seriously. Think we've both broken the rule on playing your best side

13 minutes injury time and our top defender en route to hospital! Then we conceded as soon as McGivern comes on. Should of played all the ressies.

Poor result but after our first xi the rest can't step up. Another set piece conceded and our key centre half crocked. On the positive Grant and Uche not banned for Southend!

I hear that it was another managerial masterclass from Saunders tonight, we're going to go far with Dean i reckon.

And by far, i mean places like Hartlepool & Plymouth in League 2.

Decent attendances at Plymouth and Oxford, even taking in to account that they were derbies.
Coventry had 25% of the crowd at Yeovil.

Daggers or Stevenage at home in the next round, that'll do.

Has Joey's mum let him stay out that late?

Christ, we dodged a bullet with Constable. Thank fuck the guy had no ambition

Seems as though the wind up worked.

That was almost boring it was so easy. Are you that useless every week?

Unfortunately, yes. TBH, we did have 8 first teamers out and 1 sent off after 30 mins at 0-0, then 1 more stretchered off so it was no big surprise to most of us.

That Roofe fella is way too good for you.

Is there any point at all in this competition? It is a complete waste of everybody's time.
