I would not hold my breath.

Having said that People or their familes should NOT recieve abuse.
Unless of course they deliberately run the club into the ground for gain.
The interview he has just put out is a disgrace. Spends 20 minutes blaming every man under the sun for the position we are in, and moaning that DC got all the credit when we got promoted.

Threatens to pull the plug if the fans give him anymore grief before a buyer is found.

How quickly things turn around. I posted the first reply to this thread.

Crawley Town is owned by Ziya Eren.

He is Turkish and made his money from the steel business.

We see him about five or six times a season and he seems to be a decent bloke but he doesn't speak English so it's a bit awkward to have a lengthy conversation with him. He is not drowning in cash so don't expect us to buy our way to the title anytime soon.

Quite what he gets from owning us I have no idea.

Casey
I also posted about another ex owner, on the league 2 chat thread, being sent to prison and owing £80k to the taxman.

Now we have Wagmi and the complete lack of nous. I hope they can turn that around or flog us to someone who does have an idea of what to do.

Mostly. I miss Ziya.

Good luck to Pools and Rochdale. I hope you get an owner your clubs deserve.

Casey

If Dave Challinor is murdered within the next 6 months, that man right there did it.

He stepped in and saved us when it was looking like we were going to be an AFC phoenix club and I'm always grateful for that but the catalogue of errors and failure that followed after promotion under his reign is just humongous.

The key takeaways from that unhinged interview are:

We have somehow spaffed a 1.7 million budget on this squad
It is Dave Challinor's fault we are in this mess
Gavin Strachan is to blame as well for not taking the job post DC
The club is now officially up for sale (even though it has been for several years already)
He has been badly advised by various football grifters that he has himself employed
Our budget in the NL will be 25% higher than the one we got promoted on
John Askey is apparently staying on
Raj is very upset with the (actually very mild) stick he has been getting
Will liquidate the club if he gets any more stick

So basically if we want to a club to support next season, we'd better shut up. We are welcome to blame people and criticise, but just not him.

The man is slippery as fuck, I personally do not believe many of his claims and ill be surprised if the budget is higher next year and that Askey will stay.

Interesting to see how the other supporters react. I'm choosing to stay away rather than attend on Saturday. The atmosphere there may go a long way to making up Raj's mind.

He,s a child in a mans body.
He tried his best to Wreck Darlington, Thankfully they now have the club in their own hands.

He will now do the same to us, And if so we will rise again the long way.
Other clubs have done it and so will we.

People have VERY long memories Mr Singh.

Singh is the spawn of Satan. Always was, always will be. A more narcissistic, two faced, thin skinned individual would be hard to find.

I wasn't going to listen as we've been strung a yarn by Rajjy a few times like this, I'd been given the bullet points by someone but lordy does that interview go places.

"So don’t make that mistake of trying to push me out quicker to get somebody else in because when there’s a fire you just want to get out of that room. You’re not bothered what’s left behind you.

"Some of this happened at Darlington. I don’t want that to happen here. I want that message to come across loud and clear.

"Please trust me. Please believe me. I want to leave this club in a well run manner. Don’t force my hand. Don’t make it so difficult for me that I’ve got nowhere to go

Nothing quite like threatening the paying customers.

Exactly
Says fans are being abusive, But its ok for him to threaten supporters with the demise of the club.

He really is "Intellectually Disabled"

Threaten: "to tell someone that you will kill or hurt them or cause problems if they do not do what you want"

Think myself he,s already halfway out the door, With or without a buyer.

Who in their right minds would Threaten supporters who have backed him and the club with hard earned cash.
And then would expect them to fork out for season tickets again this summer.

IT STINKS.

The criticism Singh received was hardly a murmur.
If it had been the 80's,he'd have been chased down the A19.

Didn't he fuck Darlo up? If so how was he even allowed near another football club after that?

He did.

He hasn't done anything criminal or corrupt whilst he's been here he's just inept, did he at Darlo? I honestly don't know, I'll let them answer if any of them see it, every decision he makes turns out to be the worst one possible and he just blames everyone else.

Not illegal no, but he refused to sign over the ‘golden share’ when Darlo went bust, therefore meaning any new formation of the club would have to start at a lower new club level.

That’s my understanding anyway, and I don’t know what (if anything) he’d have gained from doing it.

He got nothing out of it, he promised we would have it, then at last minute refused to do so, purely out of spite. Then the cheeky bar steward tried to come back in again when we had fought our way from the Northern League to the National League North. Said he'd learned lessons, wanted to do things right. His interview tells you he's still the same snake even now.

Thanks, yeah that was my recollection from following from afar. I wouldn’t trust that man as far as I could throw him.

Pools fans, organise yourselves, I hope you have an up and running supporters trust

We have one. They do have a bit of money and there's about 700 members but there are a couple other fan groups who don't like them.

The other groups have had a tickle belly from Raj (one has even been able to have their own bar at the ground, the other a full section of a stand). Singh hates the trust as they ask questions and have always had genuine concerns.

I don't think a phoenix would happen for us, too many in it for themselves and there's too much friction between various people who would be in line.

That's why it's imperative that someone buys the club.
