It would appear it might be paid, we shall see come Monday. I doubt there will be any points deduction this season, so we carry on as normal.

I spoke to a few people who know our Ex CEO last night, he reckons the bill was always going to get paid and we will still be left in limbo all the way until the end of the season when we will eventually be sold off. But its all as much hearsay at the moment as the next thing.

Meanwhile, our youth team get beat 5-0 away at Accrington last night and get a standing ovation from our 200 fans when leaving the pitch and rightly so, for having to put up with all this shit and having to be the ones to suffer the clubs relegation.

Good luck in your fight O's, on and off the field.
Thanks! Should be two good games against you lot next season for the first time in 25+ years, which will attract a decent crowd at least!

So long as we stay up ourselves!

If it's a Saturday we'll probably get 500-600 up there, and with our new stand you'll get around 800-1000 tickets for our place.

Is this good news or bad? I assume admin would almost certainly meant the end of Bechetti, whilst now he'll probably hold onto the club a bit longer in the vain hope that someone will actually pay something for it?

Good summary to be honest.

I almost would rather have taken the admin and got a new owner in pronto.

I have a horrible, nagging sensation that becheti might not sell up - which means I wont be getting a season ticket for the first time in 21 years

Promises to pay the £1m in 8-10 weeks? Yeah I totally believe that.

He's just stringing everyone on.....again.

If he paid the £250k today, then I don't see the logic in not paying any creditors, just to wind us up 10 weeks later. Its just a complete waste of money.

It looks like his family have cut off all of his funding - Hence why he has been drastically cutting all the costs at the club and not paying his bills.

It just leaves everyone still in limbo though, the season ends on the 6th May - We may not have a manager in place by the middle of June, we'll have to play catch up with any potential signings and friendly arrangements as well - That is if we're lucky.

His family are vastly wealthy, but a combination of them clearly now fed up with Becchetti's poor spending and Becchetti's clear "fuck you" message to the fans is leaving a bitter taste.

Rumours that Danny Webb has resigned.

Cannot blame him. He slated the owners very carefully after Crawley last week and said he was going to find answers.

Looks like he either couldn't find any answers or didn't get the ones he wanted.

Sad times, why can't this stupid fucking c*** just sell up and go.

I heard a few rumours last week that Martin Allen had been approached - but it didn't build any momentum so I assumed it was nonsense.

Who knows, as you say, its just got to the point where you want to cry :eyes:

Official. Goalkeeper coach also gone.

Omer Riza (he was like in charge of our U16s I think at the start of the season and previously sacked as manager of Cheshunt) takes over for the rest of the season.

This comes after he had a meeting (or tried to) with Becchetti to get answers about planning for next season. Has any other team had five managers with two resignations in a season?

39 league games played so far this season.

9 - Hessenthaler
2 - Edwards(Caretaker)
7 - Cavasin
9 - Edwards
12 - Webb
? - Riza

This is a shame because from what I have seen of Danny Webb he comes across as a really likeable guy, I saw his interview after our game and he seemed like a really humble down to earth guy under no illusions as to what he had taken on so this seems a real shame for Orient and for Webb himself.

The fear now is that Becchetti will still be here next season, even if he cleans his act up and we start on a level playing field the damage is already done.

We could end up like Blackpool this season, attendance wise. Many people now have said they will not set foot in the ground next season until the vile, nasty little prick is gone.

I know E10Rifle may not be everyone's cup of tea but that seems a bit harsh.... :animatedf:

Hey...! I'm not little.

I am very much in the 'not buying a season ticket if Becchetti is there next season' camp. It's going to break my heart, but that's what it's come to. I hope his kids get hit by a truck in front of his eyes.
