Don't care what anyone says, Blind is brilliant. Any suggestion that Smalling has been doing a two man job all season is way off the mark. He lacks the athleticism to reach the next level but he reads the game expertly and is probably the best passer we've got now Carrick is on the decline. I love him but Carrick was way off the pace today, we looked far more balanced when Herrera came on, allowing Schneiderlin to sit more while Herrera got amongst the opposition and kept things ticking. And what a half from Fosu Immensah, creates a goal and saves one with a superb clearance.

We've looked better every time Herrera and Schneiderlein have been paired together. They're a good partnership.

Martinez made all the wrong changes for us again though. I'm still confused at Niasse's warm up - it was 15 minutes long, yet 10 of them consisted of him standing by the corner flag watching the match
