Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.

Not offside for me. Looked level. I'd always look for the attacker to get the benefit of the doubt for these marginal calls.

I expect when Gary Neville tells you you're shit after the match you'll agree wholeheartedly.

Borderline but a red for me. Studs up with force is reckless

Only part of his body that is offside is his arm, but your arms can't be offside.

I think that's a fair yellow.

Could have been a red but I think the ref got it right. I think it looked worse than it was.

Toure is such a liability defensively. City need to man mark Fellaini but he's not the man to do it. Coquelin showed that you don't need to be tall to match him, you just have to win the second ball, it's put Fernandinho against him.

Navas is a pointless footballer. How he starts so many games for a team that has spent so much money is baffling.

Deserved lead heading into half time. City were the better team early on and we looked like crumbling but after the equaliser and the subsequent (definitely onside) goal to take United ahead we were the better team.

I think Rojo was a poor signing for the price. Better centre backs have been moving for less. He wasn't signed to be a LB, either.

Lovely play from Silva.

No shit better CB's have moved for lessbut barely any if at all were available to us last summer.

Vermaelen, Lovren and Mangala were all considerably more expensive and he's been better than all of them.

If you want to talk about what position he was bought to play in it would be left side of a back 3 As we are no longer playing that he's not first choice but 16 million for a 3rd choice cb , who has done well whenever played, who can also fill in a LB and is young enough to get much better is not a shit signing.

It's like me claiming Gabriel is a bad signing for Arsenal as he's behind Per and Koscielny in the pecking order.

He went to WBA for free. You could have got him.

Yeah but being behind Phil Jones is different to being behind either Koscielny or the BFG. :)

credit where it's due, United didn't let their heads drop after conceding. They fought their way back into the game and took the lead.
City players heads dropping all over the place. Unless there's a miracle United should have this in the bag.

Mangala on for Kompany, that could be the miracle I mentioned as Kompany is bobbins.
