Not officially no. I suspect there is a gentleman's agreement between Charlton and Swindon that nothing is announced officially until the deal is done. (compensation, etc etc) Apparently the Charlton owner is travelling into the UK this week to get everything finalised. It's frustrating really not knowing what's going on but patience is a virtue.

Artell played some really nice stuff at Crewe when they were in L2 and seemed to do well there before he lost all his best players.

Think Hartlepool could do a lot worse than him.

As I said, wouldn’t shock me if Wellens went back to you as that’s the way football goes, but he is on a long term contract here and if he resigns there maybe a clause in there preventing him from working for another club within x amount of time. Who knows.
