Why was there a Spiderman Triceratops near the canal?

We did pass a cool looking lake though, I was itching to do a bit of wakeboarding

Just finished watching The Football League Show, some great celebrations in that Preston end, the fella at the front who falls into the netting and flags in particular.

We didn't have another striker to bring on and to be fair, that same system got us a 1-1 draw at your place. You just played us at the right time with injuries, suspensions and form against us.

Just to add to the misery, apparently George Williams is out for the season so that's another one to add to the list.
It's okay Scummy, you could always bring in ANOTHER loan.

Looks like we are bringing in a loan goalkeeper. Much needed as Robinson it seems has completely destroyed the confidence of Ian McLoughlin.

My knowledge of MK is bloody good, but I'm struggling with the Spider-Man Triceratops!?!? Was there a pub nearby?

Cracking video from full time -

2 months ago I'd never thought I'd see Preston fans back in love with Grayson..

How times change.

Aye, it's quite odd. I must admit, I was all for sacking him after the Crawley game but thankfully the Club didn't make a decision in the heat of the moment like I did! He's made some very good signings and it's all going well again. Shows how fickle football fans are :D

"It's obvious for me to talk about people not being fit, but ultimately the ones who have been waiting all season for the opportunity haven't performed today. They've hidden if anything.
"For us to be dominated like we were at home is as bad as I've seen for a long, long time here."

His January signings have been a revelation, Daniel Johnson is one I've always had eyes on, and he certainly challenges Freeman for one of the best attacking midfielders in the league.

Robinson was always going to come back, bewildering that he got re-called, and Garner getting injured in the same week was always going to halt your progress.

Having Garner back is huge, and surprise surprise, your success is coming without Mr Finger Pointer (Kilkenny) in your starting 11.

Johnson is unbelievably good. I was working when we played Chesterfield early in the season but my Dad and many others have told me he played us off the park single-handedly that night. Grayson said he has had his eye on him for a couple of years!

Robinson was just starting to find his feet and hitting some form when he got recalled. Thankfully, he appears to have come back and hit the ground running. I think having Johnson helps him too, they link up brilliantly. It's also given Gallagher a bit more freedom and allows him to do a bit less defensive work and concentrate on creating chances.

The biggest thing for me this season, is Huntington. I had written him off before this season as a lower-league clogger but he has completely proved me wrong. Been outstanding.

Always rated Huntington, no nonsense, wins his battles and causes problems at set pieces.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but he scored in your win against us, and then got recalled didn't he? Looked decent that day.

I've seen Johnson twice this season at the Gate, for Oldham and Chesterfield, he was fantastic in both, a naturally gifted player, with a yard of pace on him. 50k was an absolute steal, and he'd be capable of making the step-up I'm sure.

Is Robinson out of contract in the summer?

Huntington is the only defender challenging our Flint for goals, stop scoring you big bastard ;)

I know he's 27, but he's entering his prime, and is just coming out of the 'young player' status, and as much as Preston do have some promising young players such as Browne etc, I don't get all the hype about Brownhill..

Been awful everytime I've seen him play, overrated and overhyped I believe.

Not sure on Robinson's contract situation tbh. I think he has another year but I'm guessing

He's been shite this season. When he broke through last year, he was quality. Scored a few good goals including our goal of the seaon (bar garns as voting had closed) and was linked with a host of Prem clubs. Not sure what's happened to him.

Whether he'll be in Sherwood's long term plan I'm not sure, may be able to snap him up in the summer.

He's promising for a 20 year old.

Just looked up Robinson's contract situation, signed a 2 year extension in the summer, so yes, a year left after this season.

Good prospect who needed to go out on loan this season, Gallagher plays in his position so he's been wasted in central midfield where he has struggled. Only 19, he's got a good career ahead of him.

What about Browne?

He has a future ahead of him as well, but not been in Grayson's plans much lately has he?

Hard to blood youngsters in when you're going for promotion especially with the level of competition in the current squad.

Browne is a very good player but I can't see him featuring again this season unless there is an injury crisis.
