Is that Brian Little or Dame Judi Dench?

That Moyses is also some sort of inbred relative of Steve Evans as well.

Another tight game against Torquay but if we can get the early goals that we've threatened who knows.
Judging by online sales it should be a decent gate.
At least its a decent day for travelling fans and the gale force wind is dropping.
Safe journey Gulls.

Looking forward to 90 minutes of us trying to bore the opposition to death again with Moyses' Prehistoric Age tactics.

Grimsby will be the only ones trying to play football, I guarantee.

Lincoln's on pitch enthusiast is definitely more of a weirdo than ours.

Wind would be great for us. It helped make the FGR game low on quality.

A week ago I was happy to get three tough games out the way before the window opens and we improve the squad, but now we have some momentum and a bit will get taken away within 48 hours.

Anything today is a bonus. I'm only going because I live 500 miles away so will go to any game I can. Before Saturday I was expecting to get stuffed, but after that as long as we show signs of maintaining the effort and performance level then I'll be happy.

Nearly at Bristol. Think we'll have a few more than usual there today, boosted by Christmas and a first win in months.

It is a bit like watching a cup tie between league and non-league sides where the underdog has faled to turn up.

I'm turning the feed off. As I say, 3+ goal win for Grimsby.

Waterfall clowning hard there. No brains, he should have fallen over when he got pushed in the back as the ref would have given him a sympathy free kick.

Very harsh red IMO
Blatant red, but maybe I'm biased. Amond was in goal, or if the centre back had have come across Bogle (?) was in with a square ball. Was always gonna be a red in this.

Think I'll persist til half-time. I just don't see us scoring, we're so toothless and one-dimensional.

Looking at it again it's not as harsh as I first thought. But for me there's a covering defender, he's going away from goal and he's never in control of it - so doesn't really fit 'clear goal scoring opportunity' for me.

Can see why the ref's given it though

I'm genuinely not sure what the letter of the law defines as a clear goal scoring opportunity, but if the covering defender comes across and Amond can slip the ball past him then whoever was coming into the box is as good as on the penalty spot with the keeper on his line. Therefore, potentially a clear goal scoring opportunity. Is that a thing referees have to consider when issuing cards?

Strange half that, I thought we were actually the better side but we've no chance of getting a result. I thought the red was harsh as Amond was going away from goal and there was a covering defender but Waterfall has only got himself to blame, he should have just dealt with it in the first place. Disley should have gone as well.

Grimsby have looked very average but the one bit of quality from Bogle got them the goal. Townsend is a cracking player as well.

On only one viewing I thought both decisions were correct. Amond robbed Waterfall and would at least have had a shot on goal if he wasn't pulled down, and I thought even yellow was harsh for Disley.

We have been pretty poor though and need to improve if we are going to get all three points.
