My Prince but when does the concussion protocol end?

12 or 21 depending on which protocol. If you’re under 18 or have a history of concussion (think it’s 1 in the last 12 months or 5 in your career or something) then you have to go through gradual return which prohibits return to contact for 21 days.

Hopefully though the Gambian Prince doesn’t meet that criteria and can go through the enhanced protocol which means you can return to competition on Day 12 providing he passes the SCAT tests

Thanks for the info RavenBish it's something I've not come across before. When I read that it wasn't going to be a Jattaday due to this at the pre match Swindon pub I was surprised and disapointed.

I'm not against the protocol but seeing as he went back on the pitch to play on the night it seems a bit redundant.

When we released Callum Johnson I was actually disappointed because he’s good enough to play in L1, but Clough said it’s down to injuries.

Any idea what’s the issue? Think he had a few muscle issues last season but nothing of note in his career beforehand.

Anyone got any paint i can watch dry rather than the Salford match - it's got to be a better watch. Unless Stockton pulls a worldy out i just can't see Salford scoring. MK look more likely to score - but their right winger* looks like he'll running in treacle when he has the ball. The refs letting a lot of fouls go - so i wouldn't be surprised to see a straight red later.
