Kelly was a nothing player for a relegated Rochdale the season before he went to Crawley. Crawley have taken some money and ran this summer no doubt about that. A lot of their players seemed to just have 2-3 months of great form (plus an incredible play-off campaign) under a very good system manager in Scott Lindsey. The jury is out on the goalkeeper we got from them.It was honestly the first league game that I've seen where we looked second best, and even then we probably should have won it with some of our chances (Hendry's especially).
Kelly is so odd, he was arguably the best player in the league last year and yet he's been poor for us so far. We probably rushed him back last night as Carroll was injured however.
Maguire, Orsi, Wright, Lolos. Massive jury out this season, how they do elsewhere. Nobody gave them a second thought until about April season just gone.
Lemonheigh-Evans isn't a central midfielder for me either (where you were playing him last night). Not strong enough or the type of player to dictate play. A nice, tidy player who pops up on the periphery and can chip in with goals. Not a Centre mid in a top side.
