Barrow definitely think they've got some sort of rivalry with us, pretty much since we've been in this league. How else do you explain it being their European Cup Final every time?

Just providing an example of what I said. Not sure how that makes me 15 but ok.

It was a stupid dispute between a couple of groups of kids on Facebook, that's why. They weren't Barrow fans - just some little turds who tried it on with every time the away following was more than 10. They haven't been back since.

It's our only overseas game.

Barrow's beef with us tends to come from kids and their weird uncle chipmunx. I think it's because we're a well supported club for this level and aren't located 300 miles from Barrow like 3/4 of this league.

I believe us, Wrexham or solihull will win the league. I cant see any other side winning it so I do believe the bookies have got it wrong this year. For what it's worth us to finish in the top 7 at 4/5 is as good a bet as you're ever going to see. We've strengthened massively but our biggest plus point going into the new season is having Montrose back. We miss him so much when he doesnt play. I just hope after missing the whole of last season he is still the same player.

Losing Lynch will be a big blow, hasn't happened yet but is surely going to and imo any keeper we bring in will not be as good as him. Most fylde fans will also say losing Zaine is a huge blow. He's always in peoples end of season team of the year but In my opinion i dont think he's a loss. Very good defensively but nowhere near good enough going forward. Hopefully Duxberry will be better going forward. Other than that we will definitely have a better squad this season. We lacked pace, width and a bit of creativity in the middle of the pitch last season and challinor knew it. He has signed very well in the exact positions we needed. We have to sort out our away form though. We picked 7 points up away from home against the bottom 7 last season and we have to improve on that. I think we'll go really close to winning the league.

Wrexham. Have certainly strengthened far better than I thought they would tbh. Redmond is a great signing, I guess it comes down to Hooper and whether he scores goals. As simple as that sounds. If he does, I think they'll be there or there abouts. They're going to be difficult to beat and solid at the back. Get a goal scorer and they may well be the team to beat.

Solihull. I've seen people say "they've lost yusef and Hylton which will be a massive blow for them and I cant see them finishing as high again" i disagree. Whilst i am a fan of Hylton, he didn't start against us in their biggest game of the season so I dont see that as much of.a blow. How many goals did yusef get? McCallum will score more and will fit the way they play perfectly. Serious contenders and 18/1 is quite frankly ridiculous.

Chesterfield. I haven't seen them sign anyone yet that makes me think they'll challenge. Same for notts county and yeovil.

Harrogate and bromley will also threaten the top. Not sure about the rest. I think stockport will be mid table, chorley slightly further down but will stay up.

Either way, that's my take on it. Wrexham, us or solihull. Value on solihull not so much us and Wrexham.

That's it in a nutshell. All Barrow fans hate James Jennings, however...

I don’t know about Solihull, I think they’ll be pushing for the play offs, but I can’t see them hanging around in there and taking it in turns on top spot with other teams around them this time. Eastleigh knew how to use McCallum and clearly Yeates helped him a lot last season, but we completely shut Yeates out of our games and McCallum looked pretty useless without him. Danny Wright’s age will surely catch up with him soon too.

I agree, I too am surprised with how much we’ve strengthened, I expected more of the same as last year and definitely Stockton to turn up on a free. But the signing of Redmond was the game changer for me. Stealing a key player from a side that got promoted the season before, that’s not a typical Wrexham signing. Hughes seems to actually have sense with the players he wants to bring in, they all have height and strength. The past few years it’s been like The Borrowers when we’ve come up against the Solihull’s of this league. So at least he’s got that right. His lack of experience doesn’t worry me, you don’t need to be a master tactician to get out of this league, you just need a group of players that support you and would run through walls for you. And of course, stick away one on one chances when they arrive..

I feel quietly confident that it could be a good season ahead, but no one knows really. I’m confident we’ll score more looking at the ability of the forwards we’ve signed in contrast to last season and I’m willing to sacrifice our great defence and the clean sheet record this season for it, although I’m sure the defence will still be one of the strongest in the league.

Still feel that Fylde will beat us to the title ultimately, but we’ll hopefully push them all the way and fly into the play off semis with unstoppable confidence this time, even though I hate the play offs.

4/5 on Fylde to make the top 7 should be like printing your own money.

I would normally kick off at everyone predicting us in the bottom 4 but hard to disagree at the moment. Only 14 players so far and signings have been far from convincing.

Guessing we'll have some money to work with since our signings have been kids/castoffs bar Jamie Allen.

Are Chorley bankrolled? I know nothing about them.
No we are not. We are far from it.
We will have the smallest budget in this league (maybe not ebbsfleet) by a long way I would imagine.

Woking have exclusive rights to the Lowest Budget In The League claim I’m afraid.

That’s if they are in this league again this season, nobody can remember if they are or not.

nobody can remember because they seam to have less fans on here than anyone else has ever had - apart from Salford of course, who don't have many real fans at all.

Maidenhead and Chorley are the two lowest budgets, not sure in which order though. Ebbsfleet have cut costs heavily this year but not sure if they will be lowest. Woking probably make up the bottom 4.

There have been quite a few Woking fans on here in the past although I haven’t seen them recently.
There have never been any B’wood fans on here ever. Are there any other NL clubs unrepresented on here?
