Stockport County.
I think you needed Hereford to drop points in your quest for automatic promotion, and for some unknown reason, our tannoy man decided to announce the Hereford score during the game (they were winning).

Excellent trolling.
I was actually there for that.

Nah I'm not sore about that at all- was a decent craic. We lost to you anyway didn't we so we fucked it up at our end so the result for Hereford counted for fuck all.

We went up in the play off final anyway.

All gone swimmingly for us and Hereford since then, however. :shut:

I'm shocked to see that we weren't in a relegation dogfight back in 2008. Must've been a blip.

We were decent that season (only once Hendon came in for Fairclough at Christmas though) and the one before. The rest of our 2005-2013 L2 run was one relegation battle after another.

We had Adomah, Puncheon and Bolasie all at once. All far too good for that level, balanced out though by some poor players elsewhere.

The Halifax red card looked dodgy to me, a foul for his follow through at worst but not a red.

The Halifax number 5 was IMMENSE all day long

Shock horror that as soon as Brown comes back we keep a clean sheet. Our results went downhill as soon as he got injured

Fairclough was in charge for the whole season, Hendon took over at the end of 2008 after PF thought that the signing of Luke Medley was the final piece we needed to challenge for the top 7!

Late to the party but I thought Barrow were great - survived a couple of early scares then dismantled us with pace on the break. Thoroughly deserved to win, which made their timewasting and game-killing more annoying as it was just totally unnecessary.

We looked tired and are really starting to miss Jim O’Brien. Doyle and Rose both have their uses but as a midfield pair it’s just too slow and teams with pace and energy in there can take advantage of it.

Our appeal against Nathan Clarke’s red card has failed. Fourth official said it wasn’t even a foul. The game has gone soft. What a joke

Have you seen the highlights? It was definitely a foul.

Ahh so Woking and Halifax fans arguing over decisions, Barnet fans arguing amongst themselves, it’s still just like the good of days when we were down here.

Hmm...as far as I can tell, Barnet fans are in complete agreement that we are already relegated both this season and next.

There’s definitely no arguing here.

He should've been sent off for that first touch alone, like an elephant.

Aye. First touch was poor to get him in that predicament but still never red. I could see why the ref might give a foul, possibly a yellow tops. But no way is it a red.

Maybe. But how can the 4th official say it’s not a foul from 40 yards away?

I'd guess he's based it on Clarke getting their first and cleanly winning the ball. The red is clearly given for the follow through but I think the lad has made a meal of it personally in an attempt to get him sent off

I dont think our player had any part in the red. Its the follow through that's done it. I didn't even think it was a foul

1-1 with Solihull on paper seems a great result , but we look back and rue the 5 golden chances that we missed today, overall a good performance from Dover and it was a sublime freekick that earned S.M. a point 35 noisy fans from Birmingham , and I hear that Tim Flowers showed what a real cock he really is !!! but we will keep that to ourselves
