Picking on Fishy now? Quite the bully, aintcha. :box:

How rude.

Not at all, he's old enough and ugly enough to handle himself. Although he loves an ignore.

I see you two are very familiar with each other on here and aren't always that nice to each . Which is a bit of a shame to see .

As is the Notts scoreline at Daggers.

nearly won it in injury time as Rooney free kick comes back off the bar.
Boreham Wood were very good and both teams now are 13 unbeaten.
But with Harrogate, Yeovil, Bromley and Notts all losing it's a great result.
4 points clear with 2 games in hand.

Sounded like a proper brotherhood game and a dominant performance from us, the new loanees looking good and a first goal for Keena. Be surprised if we do owt this season but definitely backing Challinor to sort us out next season.

Well there we go, just when I get overly optimistic we lose our keeper, get a player sent off and lose to a team who had only won twice in 16.

Waydago Notts. Already the Ardley out people are waking up again on Mad!

Not gone and sounded we did quite well in the first half but Daggers hitting us on the break. Was walking for the 2nd so missed how it went so wrong!

Easy win in the end, first half was pretty even, Stockport had one headed off the line but did very little else, Lloyd was his usual shitey roll around twat act that he does so well.

The two loanees were both MOM for me, Odusina especially was a breath of fresh air after watching Kerr and Raynes all season, side stepping attackers and pinging balls all over.

Really happy with Challinor so far, you can see he wants his team to play footy and keep the ball instead of just hoofing the fucker, we need back to back wins before I feel like we can do owt this season.

Chorley made it another tough game for us. Solid at the back but we did just about enough to win.

Some interesting results today.

Good win for us. Keeps us in touch with those above us and extends our unbeaten run.

If we can pick up a decent return from our next four games - Hartlepool (h), Woking (a), Solihull (h), Harrogate (a) - we should be well placed to push into the top 7.

We’ve already played Harrogate away! Maybe the B’wood match will be rearranged soon.

McMahon's first league game and we were a million miles better from the rubbish served up by Taylor.

We can and will be better but we were solid today with the back 3 and wing backs working well. Still more work needed with the attacking play but we always tend to do better against sides who open up against us and we had space to play on the break.

Providing we don't slip back into bad habits and suffer more injury misfortune, we'll be ok.

You’re welcome Barrow.

Thank you. And Wrexham, Barnet and Dagenham too.

Expected a draw against Boreham Wood, also expected Woking and Wrexham to get something from their games too. Sounds like we were unlucky not to win, but we couldn't ask for much better results today.

Our form against teams near the bottom really is a worry. On the plus side if we make the play-offs our record against the teams around us is brilliant, but you’ve got to win some other games to actually get there.

The two worst defences in the league so of course Torquay v Ebbsfleet ends 0-0!

Officially the most boring game of football I have ever watched.

2 Goals was a miracle, both defenders,if only we had a centre forward we'd piss this tinpot league etc
Well you would certainly have put a few more past our inept defence. Shots are in deep shit,

You'll be flying once he's got his style of play implemented and brought his own players in

Pass to left back pass to centre back pass to right back pass to deep midfielder is all Notts did today, once we pressured that they then leathered it out of play. Massive win for us and hopefully we can start a little unbeaten run at home and nock
Some points away and finish outside of the bottom 3 in what has been a waste of a season.

Solihull is away and Harrogate is at home
Boreham Wood home match could be crucial so we should delay until everyone’s fit...

You mean we pointlessly pissed around at the back with it for absolutely no reason?

Shocked I am, I can tell you, shocked! Ardleyball at its finest.

Maidenhead 2-0 Eastleigh

Comfortable, much-needed win against a poor side. We've struggled lately but today was a big game towards the bottom of the table and Eastleigh never really turned up, though they did create a few openings but produced shocking finishes.

Matches like today give me a lot of confidence that we will stay up - just when things are starting to look bleak along come a team who look worse than us.

307 Shaymen in a crowd of 5517 at the Cae Ras.

It is 1/4 of their home support to be fair and the most they'll take away anywhere all season.

Nope. That's just a silly claim to make. We'll have beaten that twice by middle of September, again in November, December and January, and probably in March and April too.

Sorry. :ds:

497 Shaymen at the game today.

5 down, 2 to go.

Now averaging a very respectable 249 per game. :ds:

Bad week to be a Spoon.

You can tell we've won back to back games. There's a play offs thread on RP
