Early days I know, but looking at the fixtures 8 of our first 10 games are/have been against sides currently in the top half. Tough run against sides seemingly in good form. Be ecstatic with a 4 point haul over the Bank Holiday to consolidate our start.

Really disappointed with Mullings today. Loza and Twumasi were beating their man down the left time and time again, but Mullings didn't make himself available for a cross once. With Piggott or even with Odubade that would have been a comfortable win.

Looks like Still might deliver us to a season of mid-table mediocrity after all.

Good second half display so I'm told with Kioso and Noble the stand outs. Donaldson steady away again, seems to be adapting well to that new role.

Lucky to snatch a draw away at Gateshead today (Christ, what a depressing sentence that is), but still unbeaten I suppose.

A point away at Sutton is a great result. We keep on picking points up. Have Harrogate, Ebbsfleet and Salford next up. Already played Wrexham away and Sutton away. We have started superbly

I'm not certain that was the case, he hooked Maguire, a CB, and sent on a forward on 73. We just don't seem to have many keys to unlock defences to me. Hines has a bit of magic in him but that's about it. I don't know where the goals come from in this team. Carter was a big miss as he was always going to be

May be wrong but it looked like we had a legitimate goal disallowed by a pretty incompetent set of officials.

Braintree didn't offer much, and we should really have had a much more comfortable afternoon. Another great passing move for the goal.

Well we scored, so thats a positive to take I guess...

Overall we worked hard and put our bodies on the line, but in terms of quality Ebbsfleet were too good for us.

We're effectively off the bottom only because the assistant gave us the benefit of the doubt in the 94th minute against Dagenham.

Its only 6 games in, but we're in for a real struggle this season

You can add ONE to the crowd as it'll be my first game of the season. 5000 would be a good crowd, disappointed if less than 4500.

Thank fuck Bates listened and changed to 352, much more solid. Maybe not quite as many chances but overall much better.
