2-0 up and cruising and then the referee gets bored and wants to make a game out of it. Ridiculous.
That yellow for Carrington's handball will annoy me all week.

It was a penalty though.

I couldn't see what it was given for. Was he being held? I thought MFTs was a pen too, but he did make a meal of it. I'd like to see them both on the highlights.

It was a push in the box. Think it was from Tharme.

Good to see we’re preparing for next season already with our conference south quality players and conference south crowds. Bye all. Dominated first half but a tiny spell of pressure from Pool and we crumbled, how depressing this is becoming, only the other 3 relegation places to fill.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Much better from the Shots today,at least,in the first half. There were several attempts on goal(shock, horror), and Wanadio was proving a big handful on both wings.Tactical changes at half time, and we truly lost the plot. Cole made at least 5 excellent saves ,Ebbsfleet upped a gear ,and we were predictably stuffed.Ebbsfleet are a good side, and will be thereabouts again.Shots on the road to nowhere, urgently need some bulk ,and a nastier attitude to survive.

Has anyone seen OneDecentLester recently? Coooeeee?

Good point an in-form Gateshead, all things (James Alabi) considered. Ah well, at least we won’t have to see the useless c**t for a few weeks. Win on Monday and I’ll be made up with our tough start.
You really obsessed aren’t you with him. Do you want to shag him or something?

Kioso is a star in the making, I just hope he doesn't get snatched up by fucking Peterborough who seem to always eat up our talent.

Really looking forward to Monday now, day on the drink, decent atmosphere Chesterfield should sell out I would imagine? , gotta be close to breaking 5,000
Sell out? After 3 losses on the bounce? :tw:

“ARE YOU GAY? Hur hur”. Good to see some more of that rapier-sharp Nottinghamshire wit we’ve all been enjoying so much this season.

Garbage from Dover, in the first half, better in the second, and could of or should of nicked a point

God we have signed some donkeys this season, just hoping that there are four teams worst than us this season

A frustrating display at Gateshead today, we dominated possession for long, long periods but didn't carve out many good chances or get the bounce of the ball in the box.

Gateshead were pretty poor for 60mins before Watson made a double sub and they got more into it. As the game wore on I thought we'd probably let one in - One of those games where for 90% of it you're in control, don't look like conceding but you're hit with sucker punch after being caught napping. Good finish from young Armstrong, much like his old man - He looks like he will be a good player at this level this year.

Once again though we showed very good character to force a deserved draw and equalise with ten men. Reckless challenge from James Alabi who sadly doesn't look like ending his poor form any time soon.

Not sure if anyone else looked at todays game this way, but i thought our game today was at a low tempo and quite slow paced - Maybe both sides had the thought of 2 games in 3 days on their minds and wanted to save their legs a a bit?

Chesterfield fans realising the conference is the biggest bag of wank ever yet)
It puts me out a bit when I scroll down the leagues on my bookie app looking for games to bet on, Prem > Cham > L1 > L2... Then I have to scroll right down to the bottom of the screen and click 'More UK soccer' to find our game

Or was it Yaser Kasim? That's got be the best one. Regarded as the best player to ever play at National League level without having played at the level before.

Best anchorman EVER - Kenny End, circa 2014. Or whenever it was. What a guy.

Well, the Shots were good for the first 15 minutes while our defence looked like they'd never played together. Got our shit together after that and BRUTALLY RINSED them.

Should have been more than 3. Jake Cole was superb in between the sticks and saved them from being even more embarrassed. Was impressed with Wanadio for them too.

Nicky Clee is the best player in non-league history.
Is that "Nicky Clee with the clicky knee"? Altrincham fans were throwing his name into every thread 7 years ago as we passed them by on our majestic rise back up the leagues. :ds:

You can add ONE to the crowd as it'll be my first game of the season. 5000 would be a good crowd, disappointed if less than 4500.

Thank fuck Bates listened and changed to 352, much more solid. Maybe not quite as many chances but overall much better.

Can't see it,4000 max.
Around 3500 Pools & whatever Chesterfield bring.
We should have put an offer on
