Grimsby didn't look too bad tonight, it was a very good game I thought. Think we deserved it but the scoreline seemed about right.

That was a Grimsby team still playing for their manager, one of the toughest games all season.

Lainton is a top keeper at this level. Mullin is just a great footballer all round.

Palmer the match-winner, a simple goal but one none of our other strikers bar Mullin would be capable of scoring IMO. His all round game was better than I thought, he's very tidy on the ball.

Wasn't able to go to the game tonight si listened in (horribly tense as always) amd watched Halifax v BWOOD.

Halifax looked decent enough but clearly missing a lot now players. Borehamwood look OK but nothing special at all, incredible that if they win their games in hand they will be several points clear at the top- they are starting to look like Sutton last season.
