Why do you only ever post when we don't win?
Hi Bottega, I just bought my ticket for our game next month. Is there street parking in the vicinity of Glanford Park?

Well at least you are going to make the play-offs. I always thought we would make them but not so confident we are now. On current form we will just miss out.

Yeah there’s some about a 10 min walk to the ground. If you google Hilton Avenue Scunthorpe all the streets around there you can park on but they can get busy

What is this tomfoolery, Chorley fans? I'm sceptical, no matter what they tell us....

Yeah we're done for. Got too many players who are just picking up an easy wage. Jamie Reckord's performance shows that. Plus for some strange reason Cook decided to put a kid in goal and all three goals should have been dealt with better. He's barely improved on Flowers, albeit he's not got much to work with. Massive clear out, again, needed in the summer. It's so frigging tiring

They appear to have been hit with a HMRC winding up order however

Been alot happen while I have not been on.

Shocking performance vs Buxton who played very well, we looked exposed at the back most of the game, we didn’t play awful but when we tried to go forward they exposed massive gaps and we lacked the workrate to cover them.

Season then looking in dire trouble until we pulled a massive result Tuesday going nearly 70 minutes with 10 men yet still trying to take game to Alfreton and got the win…….defeat here could of seen us buggered.

Now away to Scunthorpe an extremely tough game, but we will go and attack we usually do away now, sometimes it leads to a thumping but more so this season has led to a lot of wins and makes us an interesting game for an under pressure Scunny side which probably gets the closed shop tactic most weeks.

Bit strange that I'm now supporting Ben Tollitt. Called him every name under the sun for years!

Few departures for us. Defender Harry Leeson gone back to Bristol City. Looked too raw for this level and was caught out a lot. Liam Armstrong released. Felt sorry for him, not a bad keeper. We have a youngster on loan from Cardiff in the net at the moment who was extremely poor at Chorley.

The other to go was Ben Richards-Everton, been mainly solid with the occasional lapse in concentration. He's been out injured the last few weeks, story of our season. He tweeted to say he'd be back in 3-4 weeks and it wasn't his decision. Mike Cook meanwhile said he's out for potentially two months, he's also our highest earner.

Even 2nd place is looking questionable now

Team looks completely shot of confidence

Worst performance I've seen in decades. If anyone wants Jamie Reckord there will be a queue of fans willing to drive him there for free

Masterstroke of a signing. He gives us something different. With us until the end of the season and I'll feel more confident going (if we make them) into the play-offs. Came on yesterday mid second half and immediately lifted us. Also probably the best ref we've had this season at the Deva.

One win in six matches tells us where we are going!

Need a massive clear out in the summer, other than maybe two or three? I couldn't give a rats arse with the rest of the squad.

Plain and simple we aint good enough for this level. It's an absolute mess!

Never mind we've got Asante! :£

Some of the stuff put out by our fans in the last day or two has been pathetic.

Oh we can accept the poor results because we nearly went under a few months ago.

The Supporters are getting the team they deserve.

Glad I stopped going.

EDIT - I see the transfer embargo has been lifted, gives the manager more money to waste on crocks

Why do you constantly post negativity about the club you claim to support?

It's incredibly unhealthy to care this much about something you hate.

Running scared of potentially meeting us in the NL next season.
Our embargo has been lifted now, we're back on the promotion train

If only FGR and Sutton could pull their fingers out
What’s to be positive about?
For the first time in over 10 years the club is owned by someone who actually cares about it. We've won as many point this year as we have the last 2 seasons combined. There is still the possibility of being promoted in the play-offs. Everything is significantly more positive than this time last year when we were on the brink of going out of business.

Can't wait form our game on the 2nd March. I was at my daughter's house in Glasgow when the home game was played and couldn't believe we'd actually won so convincingly. There's also a chance we might meet in the play-offs. Ben Tollit seems to be the jigsaw piece we've been missing.

Good battling 3 points tonight after a very slow start, second best throughout first half then Spennymoor seemed to run out of steam, we dominated second half and got thec2 goals we needed to ensure the points stayed at Victory Park. Up to 4th again now.

Them were vital wins for both Alfreton and Chorley.

Play off battle this year is bloody ridiculous god knows what is going to happen only 6 points separate 12th from 3rd

And even at bottom only 6 points separate 21st from 15th and you could argue that gap is easier to close because more chance of teams dropping points there.

You could argue at present only 2 sides in Farsley and Blyth have little to do now and all the rest need wins.

And yes you can argue the bottom 3 and top 2 seasons look done for now but they still have to keep it going until officially placed.

So we get the embargo lifted and who do we sign a midfielder (to add to the rest) who was recently banged up for snorting laughing gas
Wonderful

Fairly routine 3 points today though Southport did test us a little In the first half. Second half was all Chorley and it was when not if the first goal came, we went on to score three and ease to a comfortable win played on a difficult pitch which got worse as the game went on.
On now to Tuesday and Tamworth at home, that should be interesting. We signed Justin Donawa today on loan from Alty and though he only had a cameo at the end looked useful.

Scarborough wanted a point today and they got a point. They were very well drilled but had little quality so didn't threaten much.

We're just not good enough at the moment, far too many sideways passes and players seem scared to run at anyone. Confidence seems completely gone and I am not sure why, we lost our two best wingers but we should still have enough quality regardless.

We really need to figure this confidence issue out if we want to get 2nd, 1 more poor result and we will be really sweating.

Struggled to find a way past bottom half sides all season, Tollitt already proving to be the difference. Didn’t think a boggy Farsley would necessarily be his scene but he was like a man possessed to get us through that. He looks like he’s loving it here. Wonderful goal to equalise and then Whitehouse bagged the points from the spot.
