Search Hawks Ultras on Facebook if you fancy another laugh.

There's one kid on there claiming to be a Fleet fan and wanting to set up Ultras here. He's been to one game this season (Dartford away) and was bragging about how he supports Celtic and had a drum with Clacton FC stickers all over it.

What is going on?!?!

Sad hipster types latching on to local non-league clubs. Dulwich Hamlet have a lot to answer for

Well in a bizarre role reversal, I spoke to a couple of their new supporters at our game a few weeks back during HT. They didn't try and indoctrinate me with any political rhetoric and had nothing but praise for Wealdstone and our supporters.

Although Ebbsfleet do need to sort themselves out, that drum is an utter embarrassment. Also, just one flag? Pfft. Tinpot bastards. ;)

A couple I've spoken to seemed absolutely fine. That's more the older lot though. In fairness though, apart from the odd few songs at games they only seem to be Bellends online.

I'm not a huge fan of drums at football but we've had it since long before I was going. Scott's a really nice bloke too.

Yeah, we're not a huge flag fan base! Going to get one made up at some point myself though.

Aiden Palmer has been advised to retire after being ruled out for the rest of the season with another knee injury. He says he's going to continue and fight to get back to fitness. Got to feel for the lad. He played every minute of every game of the 2013/14 season but has been plagued by injuries ever since - doesn't help that he has arthritis either!

In even more sadder news, our groundsman of God knows how many years, Peter Norton, has passed away at the age of 80. He worked absolute wonders for our pitch over the years and still stuck around when Craig Freeman came in. Didn't know him personally, but seemed a very nice bloke.

Peter just had the midas touch as far as keeping that pitch nigh on perfect goes. And that was when times where tough for us. As I said on the forum losing him has hurt so much more than losing a playoff finals or any defeat at all.

Always sad to hear a stalwart of a football club pass away. Thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.

Yeah, just a shame we're not at home on Saturday. Am sure they'll be a fitting tribute next week though.

Today's game vs. Hemel is off. We're going to start suffering quite the backlog here.

Our away match at Basingstoke was called off. Sutton Common Rovers were at home on the 3G. Glad the club invested in one now, it may come in handy big time if this weather persists.

Decent set of results from the games that did go ahead with none of those around us picking up a win. :)

Id say a good £1200-1300 is being wasted by us on players who cant even make the bench

Adam Birchall & Frannie Collin have been EPIC failures for us this season. We cant even release them either...both on bloody contract till the end of the season

In Frannies case we wanted to loan him out but he said he doesnt wanna go out on loan again
Birchall is on loan to us till the end of the season & part of the deal is we cant send him back

What a shambles :ffs:

Been a great new years, turned the corner from our little winless run. Deserved win over the portacabin crew who also managed to sell a whopping 120 of their 400 allocation for the all-ticket fixture. Top effort.

120. :ffs:

On the record, none of us had any problems with Maidstone's stewards, they had a bit of a laugh with our supporters.

Maidstone stewards were fine with us too.

Point and clean sheet away from home in terrible conditions, can't grumble. Truro at home and a chance to hopefully get a good win. Be interesting to see who we sign this month.

Yes we're having a great season...no debate about that

But spending that type of money on 2 players who aint even making the subs bench is pretty ridiculous. Nothing we can do about it but its annoying to think of the money being spent on them 2 that could be spent elsewhere

Heads up Maidstone, due to our 3-1 win over Lowestoft this evening (Craig Dundas scoring all 3 to make it 95 goals in 397 Sutton games) our away game at yours on the 16th isn't going to happen as we're hosting Curson Ashton in the FA Trophy

I'd like to say it's good news for us, but we have no game that weekend either as Maidenhead (I think that's who we were due to play) are still in the Trophy too, so I'm heading to Brno for the weekend.

Having lost our last two games to the weather, it's a little bit annoying to see another league game go. Still, a winning habit is a good habit

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35244978 - Truro will have to upgrade Treyew Road by March 31st to comply with the B ground rating, despite them vacating the ground at the end of the season. Ourselves, Maidstone and Whitehawk will be in for a treat come April then.

Gosport away for us this Saturday, I'm seemingly hell bent on missing away games in the Portsmouth area this season as I won't be there and the only other away game I have missed in the league was at Havant. I'll take a point now.

I hope it's straightened out, that was one of the away games I had pencilled in to do! That said, it's a farce they're even being forced to spend fifty grand for three bloody games.

My only visit to Truro was a dull day in December in the FA Trophy. We won 5-2. Shame as I reckon it'll be a quality away day in the summer months. We have them in the cold months again. And Bath. And Weston. Piss take.

We play them at home tomorrow. Be difficult but we are due a good win...

Shilow Tracey's transfer to Spurs is dragging on. Been ready to go since Monday apparently but they're dragging their heels. He passed his medical yesterday so am hoping that'll be confirmed today.

Paul Doswell was named manager of the month yesterday. Well deserved considering our form, and a nice way to celebrate St Hanlan's day.

St Albans at home tomorrow. It'll be nice to play a league game for the first time since boxing day. And hopefully 3 points

I've always rated Robbie on the various occasions I've seen him (before joining us) but I'm not sure. Didn't seem to settle in. Was playing every game to begin with and wasn't looking spectacular, so he was dropped to the bench and then loaned out to Eastleigh. He also lives near Cambridge I believe, so not sure if he wanted to commute here to training all the time and on matchdays. Good luck to him, he'll be back in the Conference Premier next season.

As an aside, if his previous club fans are to believed then he's got a poor attitude when things aren't going his way. Can't say I've noticed it, but I guess we don't see behind closed doors!

5-0 win for us against St Albans today. Dan Fitchett became the 2nd Sutton player to score a hat-trick this week, with Ross Stearn and Tommy Wright (his first Sutton goal) scoring the other 2. We were as good as the scoreline suggests.

That's 7 wins and 1 draw in our last 8 games, with 20 goals being scored and 3 conceded. Buzzing
