Apart from reporting myself I think the closest I've come was to reporting TB...but then didn't want to be responsible for a VillaBoy style tantrum.

i've reported him too for all the good it does.

this forum's disciplinary system needs an overhaul though. it needs to be responsive, fast and fair. it needs to be transparent too, when we click a button, we need to see a result, a mod needs to turn up and explain what has occurred. we need cause and effect. when elected mod, i will begin such a system, so miscreants like smat can't keep up their ad hominem slander of good posters

It is transparent in that I can see right though the principles on how this forum is run. I've already said too much so I'll leave it there.
