Could be a decent apointment but could also be terrible, he has no past experience as a number 1 and of course the transition from a number 2 is very different. However looking at the signings being made now things are looking a bit better at Oldham.

Tbf with barraclough and sod at the club he has enough experience at the club to fall back on. Just seen his first interview and he comes across really really well.

Coach with the n Irish euro 16 squad. Also assistant at Motherwell. Player at Bournemouth and Luton amongst others.

Talks a good game. Just a matter of seeing us in a few games now. Can't. Even say we can judge off the pre season games cos we will literally have a full new team. Our pre season is gunna last til October realistically before we can start judging how.decent we are

Hopefully not. Best fans we've had at the CG for the last 2 seasons.

We travel well away. In voice and in numbers, considering we scrape 3000 at home. Think we top the % of home fans travelling away virtually every year.

Think we average about 1000 more than you think but our crowds are dropping.

I know you obviously had a decent couple of seasons under Micky Wadsworth and then Dowie, but even without that you generally always held firm at 5000 odd at least.

When I say 3000 I'm talking home fans only.

Up until Christmas last season we were getting around 3400 home fans for every home game. Poor for most clubs but by our standards that was very encouraging. Sadly Flitcroft and his stupidity destroyed that in the second half of the season. Though the poor form coupled with a large group of re-arranged home games for Tuesday nights did not help.
