I'm happy to go with no execution too. We don't know enough to confidently remove a wolf at this point and hopefully as time goes on we can have a more calculated idea. Losing people willy-nilly isn't an option - whatever our opinions of each other area, the more hands we have, the more chance we have of fighting off these wretched beasts.

As such, I believe that the likelihood is that those who put themselves forward as mayor are most likely innocent.

That was the reason I didn't vote, I thought they would all have our best interests at heart. I vote No Execution. The vast majority of us are human, so we need to be united as a group, or I fear this:

Oh, and in these dark times, my lessons for now are 'sur la maison' as we say.

I agree that it's best to wait until we know more about each other before executing - we don't know enough to make a calculated decision about who might be a wolf.

No execution.

No execution is definitely the best course of action at this stage. Chances are we'll hit innocents rather than wolves, and losing two of us per night would be disastrous.

I couldn't live with myself if we hanged an innocent human being.

No execution I agree that it is too early to be swinging the axe.

However I urge the members of the community that haven't spoken yet to do so, especially that Cook in bloody starving!

Also, we've been here over a day now and I've served two drinks. Never mind the wolves, I'm worrying about the horrible profit margins I'm generating at the minute.

If you are worried about the finances of your business, I'm sure I could help you out with a loan. For a small amount of interest of course*.

Well these be troublesome times, troublesome times indeed. I have spent these past 2 days studying my old books from Cambridge for any record of such an accursed occurance, but alas, though the name 'werewolf' crops up from time to time, all details have since been lost.

What is clear to me is that these beasts are nothing natural, they are an abomination sent down by Satan as punishment for our sins. For this reason, I am glad to see we have a man of the Lord to lead us, and hopefully guide us back to the light.

As to our next move: I concur with the sentiments that we must not panic and rush into decisions we may come to regret. We do not know enough at this stage to have any reliable suspicions, and it is vital we think things through and gather up more evidence rather than lashing out blindly. So I would also like to vote No Execution.

The plan to gather round the seer is a good one, but we must be wary. The wolf has always been known to be a cunning beast, and we must remain open to the possibility that one of them may present themselves as a false seer in order to gain our trust

And yes, I shudder to think where the 'meat' in this establishment comes from, but I suppose that's the least of our problems right now

Spirederman, our friendly neighbourhood jailer, I would also like to ask you why you changed your mind so much about who you wanted to be leader.
Mr. Mayors. Oi changes moi mind not no more than many of t'others did. Oi hads The Bounty Hunters firsts, then changes it to Farmers Stringy when 'e comes up with that there plan he did.

Many other's int' village also changes there minds once as well, so Oi's no differents to thems Mr.Mayors.

With what tha's said in me minds, oi also votes fer No Execution. It be no good killings offs innocent villagers and goods friends of moine, when we don't knows enough about some int' village yets, specially thems that nots even bothered to opens their mouths yets.

Oi 'opes yer find this sat'sfactory Mr Mayors.

Reyt, I'm coming clean. I ain't a wolf. My plan was to make you all see that we have literally no way of knowing who is and who isn't a wolf and that absolutely no-one can be trusted, not even myself or our Mayor.

No Execution

Hmm, I'm still not sold on you, mister. I do however agree with the general consensus: no execution.

Solid start, Mr Mayor.

Stagat's right: we need an actual plan as oppose to spurious suggestions.

Last Request, how do you propose to help as mayor? I know you vocally backed Stringy's ideas, but is there anything else you want to bring to the table?

Also, we've been here over a day now and I've served two drinks. Never mind the wolves, I'm worrying about the horrible profit margins I'm generating at the minute.

SUTSS said that the Wolves may or may not know who each other are.

I figure our best plan for today is to vote no execution then. Lord give us patience as we wait for the Seer to build a circle of trust.

Forgot to ask, your Mayorship, but do you have a response for the above? Not accusing, just wondering if you have any more ideas to help us?

Beyond the strategy we are already following, we don’t have much concrete info to go on.

I don’t know exactly what power roles SUTSS has given to the town in terms of Angel, Seer etc. but I would urge any townie that has one of these roles to put a lot of thought into who they use them on, because they are the key to this town being successful.

As far as everyone else goes, it’s difficult since this is the first TFF/1FF Notw for ages and judgements are often made on how people’s posting styles differ when they are innocent/werewolf team aligned across a number of games. I guess we could look at forum game regulars and see if they are acting ‘strangely’ in this thread. I think Lee has been quiet for him so far, but that is most likely because there isn’t really that much for your average townie to get their teeth into yet (not a deliberate pun) in terms of tangible game info.

Apart from that I would encourage every member of the town to always think for themselves, decide themselves if someone seems guilty, and not simply sheep or bandwagon on polls just for the sake of it.

I am worried by how quiet some are being. In carpentry when a leg does not support its weight you remove it and know the table is no worse off. There are those in this village who are saying nothing and supporting us not at all against this plague of wolves. I urge those who are keeping silent to open there mouths or we may have no choice but to think they are wolves skulking like shadows in our midst!
