Maybe you saw a table were away fans hadn't been subtracted from the home attendances or something?
I think that table included a play-off crowd. If you exclude that, we're top.

Nope, didn't use play-off crowds in the tables for obvious reasons. The table SoC posted is the correct one. Worth remembering that they were pushing for the title and were taking a thousand to Barnet, 500 to us etc but yeah, they were top of that one.

I'd guess at 80/90 Guiseley.

I counted 70 Wood fans behind the goal and I believe there were about half a dozen in the stands at Dover v BWFC

A pathetically small number of FGR at Chester. 50-60 odd I'd say.
I would hazard a guess that Eastleigh's best 12th man in the league will be a lot less than that today!
True what you say though, pathetic effort for a team at the top.
But in their defence, those 50 or 60 were all top lads :2thumb:

Looked about 50 or so Forest Green at the Deva, a pitiful sight, genuinely embarrassing.

Can someone explain why 65 fans travelling 5 hours there and back is "pitiful" is there some sort of cred for attracting more? Maybe its cos they didnt want to go to a ground with notoriety :err:

Most of the old league clubs are bound to attract more support, so what- FGR are sitting happily on top, and deservedly so. Think its probably more a case of jealousy. Expect to see plenty more for the rest of the season.

ANY fans that travel a long way deserve credit, looks like the number of FGR fans travelling are similar numbers to the other non league teams.

The numbers will grow, you can be reassured when FGR start to play proper league 2 teams. We are a club thats growing, unlike a few thats stabilising themselves in this league

To be fair, there was about five or six on the back row who did try and make some noise, presumably the 'ultras'. Seeing them attempt a dale cavese would have made up for the result.

Will they though? When or if you're struggling in the lower half of L2, where will these new fans be then?

It is not jealousy, as your support has been
laughed at for the last few years whilst you
have been dogshit, if it was jealousy it would only be starting now.
