From yesterday's programme, it is apparent that there are some quite significant differences in the official figures quoted in your table but particularly in the estimated figure for Chorley, which is quoted as 500, but which was in fact 904. Can we have some corrections please. Thanks. :bdick:

Thanks Chris I saw many of you applauding, always a few morons that spoil it for everyone. Saw a few from the social club in the village after walking down the hill wished them all the best.

Every club has a moron or two that comes out of the woodwork for the big games. Fact of footballing life.

495 Sun burnt Daggers at FGR. Not many teams would take 40% of their home fans away

As good an effort as it is, I feel most could easily take 40% of their home support to a play off semi final game. For most of this league it only means taking 700-1000. Not that hard.

Good effort nontheless and double what FGR brought to Dagenham.

Too be fair travelling to a 3pm kick off on a Sunday is a lot easier than a Thursday night 7pm kick off..

I'm sure we'd have brought a fair few more then 224 to Daggers if we'd been away on the Sunday. As many as they did to us, who knows, all I know is their turn out was good and they got behind their side so fair play.

7pm Thursday kick offs aint great, especially if you knock off work at 5 and/or have kids.

904 looks a bit high going on footage and other estimates I'd seen and Chorley would've had a large home support with it being a do or die game for them. Not sure how your programme calculates some of the numbers given several games aren't segregated, but I've updated the others cheers

347 Chorley at Kiddy I think it was
509 Salford at Halifax

Imagine Chorley will take 1000+ to Halifax in the final given Halifax are opening the other large terrace for away fans

1,000 away fans at step 6, playing in a ground like the Shay. You wouldn't get that in any other country at that level. Brilliant.

Does 904 sound like an estimate?

Pure speculation at present, they brought 114 to the league match, so I should wait and see.

No but it wasn't segregated there's no way of knowing. Maybe they did a random number generator or based it on a prediction. But clubs tend to over egg their support, we were guilty of it at Gloucester and all those with notable travelling support to Boston brought far fewer than we were told to expect from them clubs.

Yet if they'd posted it on Twitter I doubt you'd have questioned it. You seem willing to accept estimates from fans rounded up to the nearest hundred but not an exact figure quoted by a club in their official programme. Sorry, but your tables now have zero credibility.:bdick:

Leave off you knobhead. The guy puts effort into those stats. Be grateful the conf north has someone recording away followings at all.

Listen you dickhead, there's not a lot of point if he's rejecting official values in favour of estimates, is there? The more estimates are included, the less accurate the figures are. In many cases, estimates are all he has to go on because no official stats are available. I've given him an official value for every away game we've played this season and he's rejected one of our highest away followings in favour of an estimate, basically because he doesn't like it. Typcial Tin Potter. If he's not going to at least try to do it properly I suggest he doesn't bother. :bdick:

So you took a whopping 205 fans the 46 miles to Boston and you are here trying to big up your away support? Even FGR would've taken more than that.
Ha! Not bigging anything up, just replacing guesses with facts. Thanks for asking. :bdick:

Can't they just take it to PM? That always works.

Theresa May's got enough on her plate planning an election campaign without having to intervene in this as well.
