It's probably because Halifax will be crowned Conference North Champions 2017, you said so last season remember? :dk:
That was before what quality we had was shipped out and replaced by the North Fucking Ferriby All Stars, over the summer. This muppet never makes a change unless it's forced on him, and Denton starts and stays on every game, presumably because Heath likes a living statue of Peter Crouch to look at. :bdick:

114 FGR at Eastleigh. Not taking the piss but that seems pretty good for FGR at a night game.

We struggled to compete with the ten year old who was conducting the home choir mind :D
I don't think he was that old. Perhaps seven.
Our fans stood there gobsmacked into silence when he started.
All we could think about was shouldn't he be in bed at this late hour.
Credit to the lad and any Eastleigh fan reading this forum please send him all the best from the FGR fans who were there for game.

We've only been given 300 terrace tickets (and no seats?) for Maidstone. Given we take that to similar games on a Tuesday night, I think we'll sell that easily!

A very disappointing 114 from Chorley last night after talking themselves up to 250/300 in advance of the game. Similarly Darlington told our board to expect over 1000 on new years day with barely half that number bothering to turn up. Reminds me how Chester used to threaten to bring 1000 yet somehow never managed much more than 300. Shame, is all I'm saying like. :bdick:

Spot on that actually, I remember us bragging we'd take loads that year we won the Conference North.

Then you postponed something like your 20th game of the year and made us venture up on a random Thursday night about a month after lifting the trophy. Some good parties in the Chester pubs that night instead if I recall. :ds:

Don't bother - you won't be able to see anything.

Then there was that FA Cup replay earlier that year when you brought 200. Oh wait I forgot, that was a Tuesday and you don't like the FA Cup. Thing is, you always have an excuse. :box:

As long as I get there early and get a space at the front i'll be fine

Meh, boring. Better to maximise drinking time stay in the bar till 5 to 3 getting absolutely wankered and then fight your way to the front. It's what The Boss would do.

Did we? I don't know why we'd take so many fans to a 4th qualifying round replay.

I do remember you promised to bring your entire home support for the original game, we even gave you more space in advance only for about 300 to turn up. Didn't half of you end up on the pitch for some reason as well, why was that again?

Yes we promised to bring 5000 but only managed 500, a disgrace really. Sorry too that a dozen pre-teens traumatised your entire home end. :fl:

Well, other than the 500 that were there the last time we visited.

Think the less said about that day the better. Embarrassing for you lot.

I counted 350.

There are videos of your home end weeing their trousers over a dozen 12 year olds and a pensioner. That's embarrassing. :bdick:

I remember your club talking up wanting more than 600 tickets, but only managed to sell 291.

Move along now.

Shame those same lads attacking a stand full of kids and scarfers weren't so brave on Brook St before the game :animatedf:

Meh. I'm talking mainly about what the fans were telling us on the forums. Chester have always had an excuse ready following the inevitable failure to deliver. :bdick:

Ah right that explains it then, coz I remember Chester fans were making out it was all the Halifax fans fault and Chester fans were completely innocent. Thanks for this new information. :box:

You best not rile up Chester fans. I've seen that hooligan programme on C5. They had that old man And the little fat dude who looked like he lived with his parents and holidayed in Bangkok .

Not to mention 'H Block' who 'do what they like'. The fiercest section of stadia in the world.

I just hope that the 4 seats go to those who actually need them, not the first 4 people who want to guarantee a better view

Just to let any Dover fans attending the game next Friday know you are no longer in the Stacey West stand you are being moved to the Bridge McFarland stand at the opposite end of the ground under the exec boxes.
