First away game of season for me and that was an eye opener for the level we are at.
Not been in a non segregated ground before but must of been 500+ from York.seemed 50/50 split.
Quiet a few bars on way to ground, would be a good away day for teams on a Saturday.

Between 150-200 City at Chippenham last night, surprised it wasn't segregated tbh.

I'm sure Chorley will give your club an accurate figure if they asked for one. :ds:

We haven't had a table yet, so here we go. Based on my figures, therefore wildly inaccurate I'm sure that plenty will be queuing up to say. Tough.
All teams have played four away games, and I have a figure of sorts for all except Boreham Wood v Solihull Moors - anyone got a sensible estimate?

Orient's figure is not particularly meaningful as they have not played a game more than 40 miles away yet. A definite southern bias in the league this season.

We've played Tranmere (midweek), Barrow, Wrexham and Macc which explains our low figure!

Not sure about southern bias - there's 10 northern teams, Solihull, then 12 southern teams.

Looking at the map what's Solihull's nearest game - Macclesfield?!

I agree there are only thirteen teams in the south, but there are ten clustered in and around London. By comparison, we have only got two genuine derbies - Wrexham and Chester - plus Macclesfield and Fylde at a push.

A lot better than our first season back (12-13) when we were the most southern team and our nearest game was Dartford. Since then it has got a lot more southern based.

I didn't go to Boreham Wood but looking at the highlights there were about 30 Moors fans there.

We've had Gravesend, Orient, Sutton, and Hartlepool, so three easy ones and a trip. Still good to be second though :cool1:

More like a southern bias in the first quarter of our fixture list. Sure we'll be taking our usual 300-400 idiots to the further-flung places. Look forward to you Trannies catching us up when you take 1,000+ to all your local games.

Though personally I'd be more worried that we're getting bigger home gates than you are - I know we get more visiting fans as a general rule, but traditionally you should be getting about 2k more through the door than we do.

Yep, we probably only averaged about 70 last time in this league with the amount of treks we had.

267 from Guiseley, Daggers, Maidenhead and Dover isn't too bad for us with crowds of around 1,400-1,500 at the moment. Certainly more than What it would have been a few years back.

I'd be surprised if we ended above 200, considering we have Barrow, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Tranmere, Torquay, Eastleigh and Halifax after Christmas with Fylde two days before. Would expect 100+ at Hartlepool, Tranmere, Torquay, Eastleigh and Halifax though.

If you factor in visiting supporters, we have had more home fans at our games this season than you, despite being generally shit and only winning once at Prenton Park. Unless the season is a complete disaster, I would still expect us to end up with the better average of the two clubs.

We generally do take about 1,000 to all North West matches. However, we took over 2,000 to Southport, 1,700 to Macclesfield and 1,100 to Solihull (120 miles away) last season when we were in decent form.

Ultimately though, we are both National League clubs regardless of how many four figure away crowds we can willy wave about.

Ours is poor, but we’ve lost a Saturday game on everyone else.

Hartlepool in midweek, Aldershot and Torquay, all whilst the trains have been off for us as well. It’ll rise before long but we’ve another really long month of travelling ahead.

We'd have had over 1000 at Guiseley if we'd started better, and the Maidenhead game was on TV so ours could be higher but other than that, we don't usually take many in relation to our home crowds outside the north, unless we're doing well. At the end of the season, we'll probably end up 4th in away support and 4th in home support, behind Tranmere and Orient and slightly behind Wrexham.

Not sure many will beat Chester's 190 at our ground this season.

Can see ours hanging around the 350-400 mark for a while, although Gateshead and Macclesfield will affect it but either side of those two we are away to Ebbsfleet and Maidenhead which should attract good numbers.

We easily had 1,500 - No way was there around 600 Boreham Wood fans there today!

They fiddled the crowd the cheeky fucks, they had to open another part of the ground to accomodate us FFS!
