Nice! Is Hayes and Yeading the most tinpot side you've faced in your time here? The Conference has had some crackers. Farsley Celtic once brought one fan to us. Beats our massive four at Fleetwood (and four at Hyde) on a Tuesday night, not quite the zero that Histon took to Wrexham though!
They are most tinpot in their overall size only averaging around 300 or so for home games from what i can remember, but lowest away support at BP was the 6 that Telford brought this season, can't remember anyone bringing less than that!

On away followings, Cleethorpes Town drew 1 all with Worksop Town tonight in The Toolstation North East Counties League (Step 5 of the non-league pyramid). Worksop had an estimated 200 fans there tonight!!

Worksop were a Step 3 side last season. Their resignation reprieved Wingate and Finchley.

Ah right, I didn't realise that. They are running away with their league this season.

Shaw Lane Aquaforce have 6 games in hand on them though and are 14 points behind, averaging more than 2 points per game, so could end up much tighter.

Get less than 150 most games now I believe. Now they're playing away from home and with all the shit that's going/gone on.

Our lowest at your place I think was around 18 on that Tuesday night when you dicked us. 3 or 4-1 (or even 0, we got hammered a lot that season) with Craig Disley scoring an absolute screamer. Our away followings used to be half respectable given the size of us and our home crowds, has dropped a lot but started to half pick up again this season. Hopefully continues to improve (and on the pitch too!)

Looking at the table in the NLP it's a lot closer than I thought. I'm sure I saw one table where they were about 15 points clear at the top but it's only 4 according to the table in the NLP and as you say SLA have quite a few games in hand as they had a really good run in the FA Vase this season.

Alfreton have given us 2000 tickets for our game there on Easter Monday (the ground only holds 3600). Tickets go on sale after the game today I can see plenty being sold although the result of the match could have an effect on how many we sell straight away. Some people might wait till nearer the time to see if we're still in with a chance of winning the title but I'm sure we'll sell at least 1500 and come very close to selling out if we've still got a sniff of the title..

Good move in terms of revenue but we must be careful in the process we dont make it feel like a home game for Grimsby. One think is normally for sure when we meet though - GOALS and lots of em! Please not a trouncing though thank you

There certainly is, In the 7 meetings so far results have been (our score first) 5-2, 5-2, 2-0, 4-2, 3-1, 3-3, 7-0, so a total of 39 goals in the 7 games!!

Law of averages though says that you must be due a win!!

Wow. You would think so. If we get anything it may be a point but not sure about all three.

It wasn't segregated mate..

How do you estimate 200 then?

I saw a large group come in without paying through the double gates at the end of the car park, through the bar and into the ground. They stood close to me on the terrace behind the goal and chuckled about it all through the game. Sounded like they'd done it before!

Woking fans or FGR? I simply estimated because they were all stood together in the KRE in the second half and there looked to be about 200 (give or take a few in seats), and I knew that 150ish had booked on the coach. Surely you saw that it wasn't segregated?
